Indeed. What's going on, is that Trump was elected in large part because he promised to close the border and deport illegal aliens, and while he is doing all he can to keep that promise, the left is fighting tooth and nail to stop him from doing the will of the people.

So, the heavily Trump influenced and conservative U,S. Supreme Court -- which ruled unanimously in favor of Abrego Garcia -- is now "the left," and abusing the U.S. Constitution is "the will of the people'?

Yes, you deserve quite some award for thinking such nonsense.

It's not the Supreme Court fighting tooth and nail to stop Trump from doing the will of the people.

There is not one paragraph in the Conspiracy indictment that does not relate to CC-1

10. In or around 2016, shortly after meeting each other, CC- 1 and KILMAR
ARMANDO ABREGO GARCIA agreed to work together to transport undocumented aliens for profit and private financial gain.

So, if he's not convicted, he can just be deported again.

He's an illegal alien.

Ah, so is down to a riot now. What happened to "armed insurrection" and "the end of democracy"?

I hope they sue, and the ones that were incarcerated for just walking in and around are compensated.

Backfired indeed.

you are talking about backfire, I would suggest with update yourself with the backfire that happened to  Trump after he pardoned a bunch of rioters/vandals/terrorists from the Jan 6 riots, that will cost maga a lot (100 Million) and that's a real backfire as they were maga true supporters, but you will find something to divert

If he's not convicted, common decency would keep the guy in the US. So yes, probably the trump government would try to get him deported.

Why would "common decency" allow for an illegal alien gang-banger to stay in the country?

Incidentally, has there been any discussion of where Kilmar Abrego Garcia was working?

Has his employer been in the news talking about what a great employee he was?

Right send him to an Salvadoran prison, start an investigation 1 month later and then bring charges. Fine example of justice!

What a joke of a country !

Exactly. The new indictment is pretty thin, despite Bondi's attempt to paint it as people trafficking, or trafficking children (remind you of anyone, Epstein etc)?...which is taking a mighty long time to declassify because it might include a large role played by one Donald Taco Trump.

He entered the country illegally as a teen, so, grounds for deportation.  He is, and always has been, a criminal.  Already has an order of deportation, and just need to find a country to take him, where he'd be considered safe.

Being his reputation now precedes him, that may be a problem, if not convicted.  If convicted, I'm sure he'll pick deportation over a possible life sentence.

He does not have to be convicted to be deported.

As long as he's in the country illegally, which he is, and has no legitimate asylum claim, which he does not, he can be deported.
