Yes, she is naive.

It also included Thiago Ávila, who is a lead organizer of the Gaza flotilla, chanting: “Allahu Akbar! Death to America! Death to Israel! Victory to Islam!”

So who are some of the people on this flotilla with Goblin Greta? Meet Thiago Avila.

New footage shows Thiago Ávila, who is a lead organizer of the Gaza flotilla, chanting: “Allahu Akbar! Death to America! Death to Israel! Victory to Islam!”

They’re NOT humanitarians.
They’re literal jihadists.

He has been activist for Palestine cause for 19 years and no one is suprised by his outburst.

Outburst? He was singing a song full of  hate speech against the US and Israel, shows just what he thinks.

Are you surprised by this?

A British-Palestinian journalist who has long-been accused of being a “Hamas operative” served as a key figure who helped launch the aid vessel carrying Greta Thunberg and other international activists who were detained by Israel, according to a new report.

Zaher Birawi, 63, the head of the International Committee to Break the Siege on Gaza and founding member of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, was at the launch of the Madleen ship a week ago as he praised Thunberg and the other activists traveling to challenge Israel’s blockade on the Palestinian enclave.

I support Thunberg's cause here. Her method is a bit unusual, but at least it's not violent.

Thunberg and her ilk are essentially no different to social media "influencers", except they use social justice causes, rather than their looks.

What a tw@/. A would be palestinian. I would have preferred it if the Israelis had let them get to gaza and left them to be kidnapped by hamas.

Which is even worse.

Greta's Facebook page reads, "Autistic & bipolar climate justice activist,"  under the Intro header.

https://www.facebook.com/gretathunbergsweden

She has been diagnosed with Asperger's  Syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder.  Her parents, mainly her mother,  wrote a book (Scenes from the Heart) about their struggles to deal with Greta's eating disorder, depression and mood swings in the years before Greta became famous.  Greta has a younger sister who has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), so the family had some heavy duty mental health issues with which to deal.

In her early years of climate-change fame, Greta was dependent on her father (a failed Swedish actor) for support.  He served as her caretaker, business manager, chaperone and personal assistant.  After Greta turned 18, other people, mostly female volunteers in Greta's climate group,  began taking over the support functions her father once filled. It seems recently these close friends have been replaced by hard-core Hamas supporters.  If you look at Greta's Facebook page (3.4 million followers), it's now dominated by posts from the Freedom Flotilla Coalition.  It looks like Hamas has found one more useful fool.

It's still unclear to what extent she can function independently when it comes to practical details in life, like managing money and paying bills.  It's also unclear whether she is subject to depression and mood swings.  Given all of that, coupled with her growing alienation from the climate-change movement and acceptance of pro-Hamas antisemitism, it seems unlikely she'll be able to get a "real job."

But maybe she could become a spokesman for a sandwich maker!

The only reason there was no violence is because she was intercepted by the Israelis who saved her from sailing using polluting diesel power to get all the way into Hamas (terrorist) controlled Gaza, where she might have been raped/tortured/killed etc.   I presume the plan was to be intercepted as she can't really be that stupid to actually want to get to Gaza.

A misogynistic article that is just one long personal attack. Why mention her legs for god's sake?

She repeatedly exposes her flesh, which is  offensive to muslims. She should  have modest dress.  She was traveling unaccompanied by  a family member, with muslim males. This is haram and  not allowed in much of Gaza.

Skills - She is a Climate Change expert.

Greta's global warming thing was total nonsense of course.

But,

bringing attention to the genocide is totally laudable.

[USA sends over $1-billion a day to Israel.]

[A good portion of that comes back of course.

Most legislators receive hundreds of thousands from AIPAC

Some > 1$million;  Trump, > $ten-million, from Zionists]

IDF seizing the boat in international waters is piracy.

Mocking her for wearing shorts on a sailboat in the Mediterranean sea.?

Gimme a break.!

She's kinda old for my taste but,  ...

I'd do  her.

The Prime Minister of France would seem to agree.

France says aid boat activists exploiting Gaza suffering

France's Prime Minister Francois Bayrou on Wednesday accused French activists who sailed on a Gaza-bound aid boat of capitalising on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for political attention.

Greta is skilled at agitating about climate change.  However, she has very little education and its doubtful she understands the science behind the climate change debate.

Good analysis from an Australian perspective.  I doubt U.S. commentators would be allowed to be that disrespectful.

There is no science behind climate change, it's a religion, so based only on belief.

And her belief is as good as anyone else's ....... no education, science, facts are required.

Greta should have watched the video. She could have acknowledged the horrors of October 7th, and then claimed what is happening to the average Palestinian via the IDF remains unjust and a peace treaty is the only way forward. But she lacks the intellectual rigor to rise above being a global useful idiot who sticks to the script and has no desire to remove her binders. Claiming she was kidnapped and abused is narcissistic victimhood and a disservice to the actual hostages suffering in Hamas tunnels.

Well said.

The little goblin made a massive mistake there.

That will follow her and the others around like a bad fart for a very long time.

Top marks Greta. :giggle:

Little scumbag

She's the only "kidnap" victim who gets given a salami sandwich to eat and then gets an immediate free plane ticket home.

So revolting that even the "kidnappers" can't wait to get rid of her.

So funny to see her sat at the back of the plane like a guilty kid while the normal people on the flight took a video of her embarrassed little moon face 😀.

She's so bad even the lefties might disown her soon. Although they are running out of heros fast so maybe not.

Greta Thunberg is a young woman, not a little girl.  It's not her size or gender that worries anyone, but her poisonous antisemitic ideas.  The risk is that some people who admired her stance on climate change could be influenced by her hatred of Israel and Jews.

They were threatened by her when she was 15, and they are still threatened by her now.  So now it's apparently all about hating Israel and Jews according to you. 🤣

Did you read the first paragraph of the OP, or even take notice of the title?  I'm not moving any goalposts; it's Greta who has moved the goalposts herself, from climate change to the war against Hamas in Gaza.  Her boat trip on the selfie yacht was definitely about Israel and the Jews, although she claimed it was a humanitarian mission to aid Palestinians.

Greta Thunberg and the Cult of the Omnicause: When Activism Becomes Performance

Greta Thunberg’s recent foray into the Gaza crisis has raised eyebrows for what many see as a shallow, symbolic gesture rather than a meaningful act of humanitarian aid. Her high-profile sea journey to deliver assistance to Gaza was less a mission of substance and more a carefully orchestrated media performance. Critics argue that, like many of her peers in the activist community, Thunberg is more driven by optics than outcomes. Her latest move seems emblematic of a broader trend among younger activists who hop from cause to cause, capturing moments for social media while glossing over the complexity of the issues they claim to champion.

It seems Greta's concern over global warming has, uhh, cooled, and she's found a new hot issue in Israel's fight against terrorists who seek to destroy the homeland of the world's Jews.  Unfortunately, she has been influenced by hardcore Hamas supporters and some of their hatred of Jews and the Jewish homeland has rubbed off on her.

Given that Greta has acknowledged she suffers autism and bipolar disorder, I imagine she does indeed hate the blahs, but her doctor has probably prescribed Sertraline (Zoloft) to help with that.  If she hates Mexicans or Muslims (and there's no reason to believe she does; I haven't heard her chant "Crush zapatismo" or "Crush Islamism"), then it would be a problem for Mexicans and Muslims, not me.  Her hatred of Jews is a problem for me because antisemitism inevitably turns violent against Jewish people.  The worst development possible is for antisemitism to become normalized.
