Ears cleaned using syringe etc

I've been swimming, noticed one ear is not working properly. 

Where to go to get ears cleaned and cost in Pattaya?

Clinic using syringe a couple of hundred baht or are there other options?

The best is ENT Dr Apachai clinic on Pattaya 3rd road, he uses a vacuum. Around 800 baht, check googlemaps

Be careful using a standard clinic. I did a couple of years ago and they damaged my eardrum

I went to a doctor with a wax build up problem, he said they are reluctant to syringe nowadays because of the risk of damage. Just given drops, which worked. Now you can see clear through from one side to the other. 

Maybe try sleeping on the affected side, it may drain out.

It's the same in UK now. They much prefer the suction method that @scubascuba3 mentioned above.

I once did this method of filling ear with some liquid in Pattaya.

Lay on the side for a while, strange bubble sounds.

Finally washing all out.

Have to be careful when standing up, strong dizziness/vertigo.

 

Up here at the local ear clinic.

Suck it out with a medical device, loud noise and out it is.

Enjoy looking at the lump 

Much quicker and close to no risk.

 

Never let the barber at your ear.

Had a whole day of pain in the ear.

Pipe cleaners and use a wet wipe as a pull through then!

I had that done in a brand new super hospital in S' Ville .Very painful and ended up with some blood seeping out  No thanks .Here in Thai they used to do it at the barber shop !

Brilliant.... but I always find an oily rag cleans better on a pull through.....

Use hydrogen peroxide. Lie on your side, fill up the ear, wait a few minutes, then drain. Repeat on other ear. Do again if you think it's necessary. Wax all gone. H²O² costs a few baht at 7.11.
