"standing order" international transfer.

Good morning everyone.

Do you think is possible that a bank will forget to process a standing order transfer?

I place it for last Monday (7 July) and still nothing. I tried to reach who is in charge of doing it, but still wait an answer. Thank you so much

Question: Have you entered "the standing order" with a "fixed price" = Exchange rate?

Or: Execution of order "at current exchange rate" ?

All solved. The bank did not process the transfer. They will this week.
