Mainstream media continually seeks to demonstrate MAGA disillusionment with Trump and White House. Like any faction of a government, there will be disagreements.

Greene, a staunch Trump ally, argues that this move breaks his campaign promises to avoid foreign entanglements. Bannon, too, chimed in, labelling the conflict a "European war" and urging Europe to handle it independently.

Hardly seems a seismic split, more like they agree to disagree on this one.

It's a typical US move, and was last seen in WWII when the USA  profited from exploiting the desperation of Great Britain.

The US economy is not strong and the multiple trade disputes and tariffs have negatively impacted the economy.

The US will sell expensive arms and this will generate billions of USD  revenues and bring in much needed revenue.

In effect. the EU and Canada who will be paying for the  weapons, will be subsidizing American manufacturing and the US economy.

Smart move by the Trump administration to get some easy fast money.

Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" supporters are up in arms over his latest plan to sell US-made weapons to Ukraine through NATO. The announcement has sparked backlash, with critics arguing that it contradicts Trump's vow to end US involvement in foreign wars. The White House, however, insists that European countries will fund the arms deal.

Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and former Trump strategist Steve Bannon are among those voicing strong disapproval. Greene, a staunch Trump ally, argues that this move breaks his campaign promises to avoid foreign entanglements. Bannon, too, chimed in, labelling the conflict a "European war" and urging Europe to handle it independently.

Despite Trump emphasising that the deal involves selling, not gifting, arms, Greene remains sceptical. She believes that indirect costs and training missions still burden US taxpayers. Greene's public criticism highlights a growing divide among Trump’s base, with some fearing escalation and unnecessary involvement.

Meanwhile, White House officials express confidence in Trump’s strategy, asserting that most supporters still back military assistance to Ukraine. A recent poll suggests nearly two-thirds of Trump voters support the initiative.

Trump's manoeuvre finds support in his administration, with defence leaders applauding NATO's increased defence commitments. The alliance's decision to heighten its economic contribution to defence is viewed positively as a shift towards balanced burden-sharing among allies.

In a BBC interview, Trump reiterated NATO's self-sufficiency and expressed both dismay about and determination to address ongoing tensions with Russia. He expressed optimism about resolving the Ukraine conflict, while also acknowledging that there were missed opportunities in negotiations with Vladimir Putin.

Despite internal disagreements, Trump's administration continues to defend the plan, aiming to balance commitments while reassuring key supporters. As the debate rages on, the effects on America's foreign policy stance remain a crucial focal point.

When will these MAGA morons understand that America CANNOT separate itself from any problem with Russia or China that might occour in Europe or other places. Those problems would slowly but surely creap up on America  in the end! The goal for these two states is to get "rid off" America so they can conquer and enslave who ever they want without interference!! The understanding of this world seems to be non existing within a part of the population.....🙄

Poor MAGA what are they to do?

So true! Trump has only this period, if he survive, to do something that the world would thank him for! That is what his ego demands I guess... 🙄 And why listen to a bunch of misfits that have even less knowledge than himself! A gang called MAGA that still tries to make sense of something difficult called "the alpabeth"!🤣🤪
