I've never had issues with a refund from Lazada.  Always on a Visa, and credit shows up before the end of that cycle.

 

Shoppee...I will only order as COD and any credit card I've tried using results in a fraudulent activity text alert within hours.  I haven't made many returns, but the two I remember with easy enough without a problem.

For Lazada refunds, I usually have to  submit numerous requests and complaints,. and then wait a few months to see a refund on my card.   That is the main reason I left their site and use alternatives shopping platforms
