Downloading an app from a different country App store

Can anyone advise?

 

I want to download an app from Apple's Thai app store to my phone which is registered on the UK app store. (Binance TH). I need it to do a security ID verification.

 

i have found the information on how to do it by changing my registered app store to the Thai one.

 

What I cannot find is this: If i do this, will it wipe all my other UK apps, and affect my iTunes content? Or will I just be able to download the app and it will sit alongside my UK apps?

 

If I download it and immediately re-register for my UK store, will the Thai app disappear?

Change the region in the settings to Thailand in the phone settings and App Store settings. And if you want to buy apple products from the Apple Store and sent to th, then do the same there.
