Bangkok Court Orders BMA to Pay 11 Billion Baht to BTSC

The Central Administrative Court has mandated the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and Krung Thep Thanakom Co Ltd to settle 11 billion baht in unpaid fees with Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTSC). This payment, concerning operation and maintenance (O&M) services between June 2021 and October 2022, must be resolved within 180 days, including interest. The judgment relates to contractual obligations for managing the BTS Skytrain Green Line's first and second extensions.
