Common sense is essential also when it comes to personal health, and choices we can and should make on behalf of our self. Sometimes we have to think about people and the society as well, and maybe that's where you and me disagree? Vaccines ?

Life have never been easy for tribes either especially when it comes to health. Pests, worms and pandemics happened for them as well, and what is the average age and health of those indigenous tribes in Amazonas left today? Inbreeding as well?

Eat nutritious food, drink as natural water as possible and breath in uncontaminated air. That will ensure most of the nasties, that some white-coats say cause disease don't get a foothold.

Most in this world is not as privilaged as you, or me, they live in boxes like ants, and are vulnerable for everything and anything

The other problem with your posts is that you blame the establishment for everything. How do you eat nutritious food when there are so many unhealthy options that everyone is addicted to since childhood? And if people can't get away from their addictions, do you blame Big Pharma? What uncontaminated air? What if you are forced to work in Bangkok with 10 million cars? Whose fault is that?

Since then I've not taken any medicine what-so-every. And guess what?! I can count on one hand my days when I felt under the weather. I agree to a point, with your post. And the problem is education, coupled with a $$$ centric heath system. IMO, better to call it an un-health system. Obviously there is a place for white-coats in this world. As I've said often, if I have a cleaver in me head or an arrow in me back; point me to the local A & E. However, Nutritious food is the mainstay of good health. And this is where most western countries health services fall flat. Educating kids about ensuring their good heath, that will see them trough to old age, is just as important as any other school subject. And as for those doctors in training? Don't get me started. The system is a disgrace, from top to bottom.

Well, RFK has commented about introducing nutrition into the curriculum for doctors. He's changing the dietary guidelines and they are better than the previous ones in my opinion. Yes, if you have taken responsibility for your diet and health, there is less need for Big Pharma. Most people simply won't make the effort. Or they may be mislead by bad diets and unreliable science in some cases.

She was in a real mess both physically and mentally. She had been in the Fire Service for quite a few years, and was demoralised after the Grenfell Tower disaster. She was on standby in west London on the day. I'll not go into details, and suffice it to say that her unit was ordered not to engage. She never recovered from the trauma, and later left the service. She was later prescribed six medications a day. I kid you not; six. I persuaded her to ditch the lot. From our conversation, that day, going forward, and that she did. In January of 2020, just 3 months later, she was looking for a new career and was free of drugs. For myself, I decided to change my diet big time; as I posted earlier. Went to Big C today, and noticed that mask-wearing was back in fashion with some staff.
October 25, 2025Oct 25 Good health is the result of sacrificing poisonous beliefs from your brain and fully implementing beliefs of truth. How do you know which is which? I learned from trial and error. About 7 years to perfect. Doing more of what worked and less of what didn't. And the hands down winner with the best information producing the best results was the Holy Bible. Who would have figured? Good health is achieved in the invisible unseen realm of using your mind as it was intended. From my experience I would say 99%. 1% is diet and exercise. Moses journey out of bondage is an allegory for exiting the wasteland of sickness and poisoned beliefs and entering the promised land of your mind where you have power to affect and control your health. One of my favorite verses is that the diseases of the pharoahs will not afflict you and all sickness will be removed from those who enter the promised land. Entering the promised land of your mind is where the magic happens.

It has evolved through millions of years to be our first-class defender to things that might harm us. The skin is a big protector. The mucus membranes and lungs do a great job of stopping toxins getting into our blood from inhaling. The stomach will sort through the ingested grub and liquids; taking out what is needed, and sending the rest down the pan. And so on. The body has intricate and complex systems. They work with each other to maintain a positive optimal state within the body. To avoid getting too much complication - I'll condense it down to three, that if properly cared for, will look after us: The chemical The electrical The emotional The first concerns us with three basic entities; food, drink and air. The second is the balance of the body's bio-electrical mechanisms. The last is our emotional well-being and state of mind. I content that it is not germs that make us sick. Not viruses that make us sick. Not epidemics that make us sick. It is the unbalancing of any the three states (above) that are responsible for sickness and illness. Bull<deleted>
