Nothing better than a tablespoon of Skippy's Extra Chunky after a workout and eat it right off of the spoon.  ♥️

Where is "A Skosh?"

It is all a question of the quantity. The body needs fat on a daily basis to function normally. It is also important for the hormone system.

If you aren't overweight and your blood etc is ok you don't need to worry too much

So have you tried his recipes?

I do get very angry/frustrated watching cooking on telly, when they roast a 2kg leg of lamb, and present one portion on a plate, or similar things.

Would be much better to show how to cook for a family of four, not just for the guests in the studio.

I get angry with Jaime Britihizing international recipes. Green curry for four with one chili and peas in it? What a joke. And try shampoo some time.

Definitely one of the easiest DIY food items.  Get 500gr also @ 50 baht (Makro), and do 250gr at a time.   Also make Cashew butter at times, which I need to roast some today, get those also at Makro, Cashew pieces and <200 for 800gr, I think, and far cheaper than buying those 40-70-160gr packs at 7-11.

As mentioned, if counting calories, then a little moderation, and nut butter, is concentrated calories vs just handful of roasted nuts.   Nut butters always satisfy, and healthier snack option over so many other ultra processed with added oils & sugar.

Why bother

For me, a large cold one is better.

All a scam

Because some of us get pleasure in producing our own food.

New word for me, British-ising would be the English way, without the hyphen though.

Take it up with the Webster people.

Great suggestion, thanks.

I haven't eaten peanut butter in decades. My daughter bought a jar for me this year, together with some other junk, anyway, it's been sitting in the cupboard, waiting to get thrown in the bin.

I go to the gym daily, I'm going to try your suggestion. 👍

Do you grow peanuts?

Even AI dies not recognise your spelling Brithizing. And I am sorry that I use the Oxford English Dictionary, not the US Websters version.

I know exactly what you mean, making something British, but British-ising would be a better word, which even that is not in the OED.

Actually, Anglisising would be better or with a z for you.

No I bought 100 tons of them off Jimmy Carter when he was POTUS. 555

You are insinuating that because I like to bake my own bread, I should grow wheat, that I should grow grapes to make my vino, that I should raise animals to indulge in meat.

Stop your silly answers please.

Waste of time. You bought peanuts then boiled them. Saving 30 baht lol

Can you imagine Gordon R, or Jamie O, or Fanny C, or my favourite Keith Floyd, getting their tiny little spoons out.

Uncle Roger would give a big, "Hiyaaaah, what you do?"

A teaspoon of Skippy smooth dipped in a jar of Nutella.

Half a teaspoon of Skippy and the remainder fine, chilled, raspberry preserves.

I found out by accident that decent chocolate chips dissolve in Skippy peanut butter.

<40 vs 125 baht for 160gr is a good reason and knowing no chemicals added.

Same reason we cook our own food and eat in the house most of the time.  We know what we're eating and most times taste better than what we can buy out.

Ah so showing your absolute ignorance Harris. The peanuts are roasted.

On Lazada I could buy 454 gms of PB with honey for Bht 160, but what else is added to it.

What sort of activity gives you pleasure, apart from typing on AN?

Nutella is NOT a healthy food. Mostly sugar and palm oil, with a hazelnut wafted over the jar before sealing. No it has 13% nuts.

In America the PBJ is a staple food stuff. Half a teaspoon of Skippy with how much jam?

The chocolate dissolves because of all the 5h1t in it.

So you waste hours doing this for pleasure? Do you like ironing as well?

I used to cook before i realised its a waste of time.

Time is something I have plenty of and as stated, fun and usually nice knowing you created a masterpiece meal, or a damn good chuckle, if you won't even give it to the dog.

A good hobby everyone should enjoy, especially when and after you realize, you might now, actually know what you're doing.

Besides, if you can whip up a good meal for a chickie, that's just as good as knowing how to dance :coffee1:

Works better than a fast car and or a bank roll.

Just the sort of answer I have come to expect.

And yes, I do enjoy ironing my Chang T shirt and my cargo jeans, buffing up my flip flop, I had my right leg amputated at birth, before hopping out on a bender with a bottle of White Cock.

You sad person. In almost every country in the World, families sitting down together to eat a meal which has been cultivated and raised by them is a wonderful thing, especially if phones are banned.

But for you, mealtime is what, down McDs,KFC, or 7/11, or do you have a penchant for any particular type of food?
