Strength training may add up to four years to your life by slowing biological aging, according to a 2024 study that linked 90 minutes of weekly strength training to nearly four years less biological aging, as measured by telomere length.

BMI is discredited bs. Google it. You might want to find a better doctor!

True, I lost two years on my bio-age test as a result of a year of moderate weight training.

Enjoy the burger you tub of lard.

Mike Tyson's BMI during his prime, when he weighed approximately 218–220 pounds (99–98 kg) at a height of 5'10" (178 cm), ranged from 30.4 to 31.6, placing him in the "obese" category according to standard BMI classifications.

Waist to height is better as a muscle guy wont be counted as fat

According to NICE guidelines updated in 2025, WHtR values are categorized as follows: a ratio of 0.4 to 0.49 is considered healthy with no increased health risks, 0.5 to 0.59 indicates increased risk requiring care, and 0.6 or higher signifies high central adiposity and the need for action.

Says a guy who is dying in 3 years and checks his bmi. You're clueless. Go find a decent doctor and find a cure. If you can't go eat ice cream and drink fine whisky daily.

Cancer is caused by negative thinking and stress. Go research Joe Dispenza. Your gp is a goose.

The simple act of thinking can accelerate the growth of many brain tumors.

That's the conclusion of a paper in Cell published Thursday that showed how activity in the cerebral cortex affected high-grade gliomas, which represent about 80 percent of all malignant brain tumors in people.

And so you're helping him by insulting him?

Thinking too much doesn't cause brain tumors. That's bs.

Did feel a bit uncomfortable with 2 members of staff watching me .

They were either just waiting or they were standing there to make sure I didn't do  runner . See them both either side

Study said excess thinking expands tumours. Not my opinion. That was the science.

He is a modern day Ronald McOncologist. A true marvel.

One notable case involved a 74-year-old woman in Dublin who was diagnosed with advanced skin carcinoma; despite no treatment, her tumors disappeared over several months, and she was declared cancer-free after 20 weeks. Similarly, a woman with a rectal-uterine tumor found that her cancer vanished during pregnancy, and she remained cancer-free nine years later.

Well, you need never worry about developing cancer if that's the case.

As for the rest of your horrible commentary on people's health, you are unnecessarily cruel.

Some individuals have reported significant health improvements, including remission of cancer, after engaging in meditation practices associated with Dr. Dispenza’s teachings. For example, one woman with stage 4 triple-positive breast cancer reported a complete absence of hypermetabolic activity in her body after two months of rigorous meditation, as confirmed by a PET scan. Another individual with brain cancer experienced tumor shrinkage after attending a Dr. Dispenza event, with her oncologist noting the change was unexpected
