Lived with a few lasses in the UK and here.Three of them have told me “K,you are a nice enough guy but you’re a bit weird”

Quiet would be a criteria I m currently in Na kluea for 5500 plus bills, a big studio fully furnished, but neighboring rooms are each shared by 2/3 and even 4 people. I have a 1 year rental lease of a condo I'm renting from a landlord. If I want to stay for another 3-4 months, how does it usually work? Do I need to ask the rental agent for another 3-4 month lease extension or can I just tell the agent I want to stay on and continue on a periodical basis of a month by month basis, on the same rental terms, after my 1 year lease has finished?
