Police Major General Aphithep Panchamanon Deputy Commander of the Crime Suppression Department of Royal Thai Police led a group of Malaysian and Singaporean police officers to Pattaya to learn how Pattaya deals with criminal cases and drug offences.

They made their way to Pattaya City Hall in the morning of Saturday 18th August and were welcomed by Deputy Mayor Ronnakit Aegasing and Pattaya Council Member; Mr. Phisai Phanomwan Na Ayutthaya.

This visit was to bond cooperation within the three countries and share information and knowledge on crime suppression.

I'm all for cooperation and so on between law enforcement bodies, but <deleted> can Singaporean and Malaysian coppers learn from Thais?

Both are better equipped, better trained, better paid and more dedicated than the RTP, who are subject to too many outside influences.

They can learn LOTS, although the Malaysian coppers would not learn as much as the Singaporean ones. :o
