Some shops will sell you one. It will cost double what it cost some 6 months ago though.

Get mine online. Mainly more expensive because of delivery charge.

Cannabis use exploded the last decade and now society knows that it isn't this wonder drug with no consequences as many of us users know. If you lack self control and motivation it can be worse than alcohol IMO.

Too bad Thailand can't rewind and roll out a more conservative distribution. Only in certain areas with a limited number of shops. Still would have been affordable and wouldn't be as offensive to some. I use but not in public areas because it upsets many to most people around.

I live in Pattaya and spend a lot of time in Bangkok, I do think people talking about the smell are over stating it.

No, thankfully we have few westerners visiting Hat Yai and our Malaysian tourists tend to avoid ganja as they can be drug tested going home, likewise Singaporeans, so have few ganja shops in town. But I visit Bangkok on a regular basis, personally I don't think the issue of stench is being overstated.

That's because of guys like in the below link. They run Thailand, and don't want any competition to their product/s. Sad, really. Thailand could have been seen as progressive when it comes to cannabis on the global stage. Ridiculous post , what is the difference between a liquor store and a dispensary as far as "the children " are concerned. Except perhaps that liquor stores sell their products in quantities that can and do kill people.

I lived in bkk for a number of years and only smelled it when I went to the foreigner ghetto.

Which party was responsible in the coalition for pushing to get it legalised?

I remember watching interviews with various leaders saying it should be banned again.

Clearly some fractions have become very wealthy from it, but at a cost of the culture in Thailand, and attracting absolute dross around the world for the 'green' - the worst set of visitors any country can hope to attract.

Regulation not criminalisation. As for more dope shops in Thailamd than 711's this was the case and just goes to show how huge the industry became almost overnight. Big money now being closed down to be put into the hands of a few.
