Weightlifting Straps

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where in Bangkok I can buy weightlifting straps for deadlifts etc. ?

I have tried the usual suspect like central but no joy. Maybe a Thai based online ordering site for gym equipment, google hasn't helped much.

Cheers.

Try FBT Sports.

It is out Soi 71 [just past Prakanong BTS stop, turn left on to Soi 71]

across the street from Ramkhanheng Uni.

Seven floors of all sports equipment.

Maybe call them first to see if they have it.

But it is worth a trip out there to see everything they do.

You can likely make your own pretty easily visiting any Homepro, and getting some help from them there too.

Well I could, but it is the neoprene type I am after, I may give the shop above a go, one thing I miss about living here is the ease with which you can order things on the net in the West and get it the next day. :o

I'll give you a quicker way. Why don't you call the fitness manager of the California Wow on Silom tomorrow. Ask him where you can buy those straps. He can probably put you in immediate touch. Also, there is a wholesaler of fitness equipment, and the name escapes me, but the largest in Thailand. They could also tell you where to get those.

I'll give that a go thanks, I checked out the "allegedly" good store in Paragon and the had next to nothing. Cheers for the info.

Why don't you ask someone to buy some in the west and send them to you? There is a Powerhouse gym in Chiang Mai, the only Powerhouse in Thailand.

They might be able to help you with a supplier.

Thanks mate, I was hoping I could get something locally but have been disappointed as usual. I have now ordered off the net and will get some from overseas.
