Patts works for those who want to look at some surf, although the Gulf, still looks decent. Plenty of western comforts, especially if you're not too keen on cooking.

A condo with amenities, gym and chillin' poolside certainly isn't a bad thing. Balcony with view, an added plus.

Nightlife, if wanting to avoid is easy enough. Works on more than a few levels. Especially if a bit skint, and can't afford your own transportation, as the '15 minute city' thingy comes in handy.

And yes, for the introvert that can't seem to have a conversation with someone they're attracted to, then P4P is there if wanting.

A little too congested for me, and don't want to be around the mix that Patts attracts.
