I can't understand why an overweight person would choose to move to hot Thailand. It must be a miserable experience. I was on the BTS train when I saw a man whose belly was protruding from under his ill-fitting t-shirt. He was using a fan to cool himself down, even though the train was air-conditioned.

He needs to do more walking , why not help him and escort him to the gym .
