Not just Estonia.

Lituania and Latvia are on the radar.

Who knows how much truth there is to these rumors though or if NATO can scare Putin off?

Putin can't expand this and take on the EU, he has exhausted Russia and it's armed forces just trying to take 15-20% at best of Ukraine... it has stalled to a crawl at huge cost. Firstly, the EU armi

Guys, what the heck is going on in EU man?

I can't turn off the news for 15 minutes without some drama.

This guy calls himself "Sanity 4 Sweden" and wonders if "Orban tricked the EU idiots".

Because the new Hungary guy maybe was pretending to be on board with the Brussels crowd and then when he got elected said "Orban should be leader of the EU".

LOL. Can't make this stuff up.

No, there is some validity to it actually.

The struggle between centralized EU control and nationalistic concerns that conflict with Brussels policies isn't over.

Don’t read too much into Orbán’s defeat

Magyar’s win is not a rejection of national conservatism — and it is far from a liberal victory.

Not exactly news.

Across multiple games using a wide range of expert participants in and out of uniform playing both sides, the longest it has taken Russian forces to reach the outskirts of the Estonian and/or Latvian capitals of Tallinn and Riga, respectively, is 60 hours.

One only needs to watch the Democrats in the USA to understand this is true.

In this case the audience turned thumbs down on Vance's support for a blatantly corrupt authoritarian figure. The reviews weren't very good.

Not sure if he is fear-mongering, but this guy is warning that energy lockdowns are coming in EU.

Stay home !!

They saw how far they could dictate

manipulate and coerce behavior during the Covidiocy, so I have no doubt they'll try again with the totally self inflicted energy shortage.

Yeah, but some positive things came out of Covidiocy.

Companies started adopting work from home policies. I only had to go in to work 2 days per week after Covid. Saves transport costs and time.

Fear-mongering and lying.

The perfectly reasonable suggestion that we should try to reduce energy demand because of current events somehow leads to the conclusion that we will be forced into another lockdown.

To imply as the woman did that walking outside in Belgium was prohibited during COVID unless you were vaccinated is just plain wrong.

Putin is threatening to attack EU drone factories that are sending drones to Ukraine.

It doesn't come as a surprise. If you destroy another country and support crooks and bandits you should expect revenge sooner or later. To be hones - I'm really surprised Putin has so much patience.

Ukraine caused this "war". Putin just running antibanderite/nazi deratization in the area where thousands of russian minorities were murdered and tormented by ukraks over the years. "You cannot cook an omlette without breaking the eggs" right ?

The people of Ukraine want nothing to do with Russian, and Putin will lose in the end.

More and more there are good causes for optimism for the Ukrainian defenders.

Those including the maga fascists in the white house who have been broadcasting the inevitability of Russian victory now come across as the hapless morons they always were.

However, it's foolish to predict specifics about the details and timing of an endgame.

Europe will defend itself from the murderous Putin. The war in Ukraine is a war Putin will lose, and if he expands it to other parts of Europe it will only hasten his demise.

Putin will not win in Ukraine, and he bet the house on that war. He will lose his house and his life.

yeah, I read yesterday that some of the Russian states are paying huge sums of money for soldiers to volunteer for "supposedly" read echelon support the troops jobs but in reality the article said that once they sign on to that document of enlistment, the military can then assign them to the battlegrounds! The article indicated that the Ukraine is doing much better than it was doing just a couple of months ago and have actually driven the Russians out of some areas. Meanwhile, several articles now on the Ukraine selling drones and drone technology to the western states. No links but are in the international news so easy to find if one knows anything about searching with key words IMHO.

Of course no Westerner will ever side with Russia.

Doesn't mean EU's sh*t don't stink too. Maybe both their sh*t stinks.

I don't know all the details that lead to the war and they don't tell us everything going on behind the scenes anyway. Maybe EU was making dirty deals with Putin and they pi**ed him off.

People who are adamantly one-sided in these complex matters are a bit silly.

I know it's hard to cope with the truth for the individuals who is lacking even basic knowledge about this conflict and ukrainian history. I see here a bunch of kiev's propagandists and useful idiots who get paid for running this massive ukrainian psyop, aiming intelectually weaker people who can't think by themselves and only following mass media "news". So easy to wash the brain when the propaganda is run for over decades. And since 2014 it's backed by crooks in charge with <deleted>loads of money and connections.

I am so happy that I'm not you. I may not be young, rich, or handsome but at least I'm not a shill for genocidal dictator Putin.

Yeah sure thing snookums.

You post "facts" the same way Trump posts "truth" on "Truth" Social.

I wonder if you even believe what you post yourself, but it's clear that for some reason you really really really hate Ukraine.

To prevent our overseas partners from siccing their European puppets on Russia, our shining leader Vlad will more actively help Iran become a global oil superpower.
