As I said, we all have our own demons, one way or another. So maybe there are no exceptions. But for most people, it is very hard to acknowledge it to themselves, and even harder to acknowledge it to others.

That's exactly right my dear @Hummin It's your repeated avoidance and deflection over time, that has brought us to this point in the first place. This thread is not in isolation. This is from my interaction with you and observing your behaviour over many years. That's how you get to know people. The fact that you choose to react badly over an anonymous Internet discussion reflects badly on you. When I see the birds that flock together with you...

Think about it...which one of us is seeing demons? I'm not raging at you and calling you names. Not hating on you...

I don't have those demons... It's you who is imagining them. They are your demons. I just talk about things that you would prefer to not. You see it as negativity and toxicity. Whereas I am simply not fearful of these things, in my real life. Therefore I see myself more realistically and have more wholesome relationships as I grow.

Whereas I see people here just doing the same things over and over again. Limited, but seemingly believing that they know it all. So much so that they get 'bored' with life as there is nothing left for them to achieve.

I'm still learning.

I think what he means by mental illness is people who don't agree with him or his views/opinions 🤕

In what world did you say you were living?

I must say, your girlfriend is a very unlucky person if she has to deal with the real version of you that you claim to be here.

Now go fishing for someone else. You have reached the limit of my attention for another month. You are a never-ending troll who feeds on exactly what you are doing now.

I have felt sorry for you for a long time, wasting your talent and time on me, auch, so sorry 👏

off you go, you fine young brave hanume man

We are all responsible for our own reactions and our behaviour in any online discussion, do you agree or disagree?

You think that jumping in from nowhere and averaging close to 220 posts a week for 6 weeks (that's 30ish a day every day) to strangers online is normal.

You express your sorrow by ranting at and abusing me? That's an interesting way to behave, don't you think?

Do you feel that you have 'won' this discussion?

Yours sounds very lucky to have someone pay for her every want and need, including for her family.

Mine is highly educated, independent and chooses me for me, rather than in exchange for financial support for the rest of her life.

Someone who is unable to control themselves in conversation, has only themselves to blame. I guess you need to go for a ride every now and again to try to get away from yourself....or maybe you think it's your partner riling you and you just cannot cope with her...

P.S. Clapping whilst stating that you feel sorry for someone seems to be an indication of unhinged behaviour. Just saying...

Normal for you?

Quoting people 8 days after they said something is normal? Beyond 24 hours move on. Very strange to talk 8 days apart. How's it going? Oh wait let you know in 8 days time.

Perhaps they are not here every day.

Don't you stand by things you wrote eight days ago?

He was here 7 days ago. He was here 3, 4 and 6 days ago.

Respond in 24 hours or move on.

What is it to win, really? Wasting time with you ? My best friend?

You are making the rules now? Would that no be like the lunatic running the asylum?

You are allowed to run rampant and you are hardly normal. Live and let live.

Yes, I'm doing fine in the real world with real and not paid for relationships.

Sorry. Back in 9 days.

You seem to be ranting and raving.

Your words...psychotic, attacking, toxic... all whilst I'm preparing something to eat with girlfriend, laughing and having fun together. Bresaola, burrata, tomatoes marinated in EVOO and balsamic vinegar. Freshly baked ciabatta. Which is reality? Your imagination?

You are responsible for your reaction to your perception being challenged. How you feel...is you.

I thought that one had non/fruitful etc discussions and either won or lost an argument!

I don't disagree. I hoped for a fruitful discussion. But there are only stones being thrown. There is no ability to have a fruitful discussion.

I do not understand why you keep telling us about your lovely life, because your behaviour here tells a very different story.

You spend so much time arguing, provoking, and fishing for reactions that it does not match the peaceful image you try to present.

There is a clear separation between the life you describe and the anger you show here. Then you act as if the problem is everyone else.

Something does not add up.

I do not want to fill my days with this, and today you proved me right again, just as you have before. Nothing new under the sun.

Thank you for replying in a more calm and considered way.

The reason for telling you of my lovely life, was to present the reality in contrast to your imagination.

To demonstrate that your perception does not match with the reality. So which is real?

You write that my behaviour tells a different story...but it does not. It is your perception of what is happening that colours events.

1 hour ago, Hummin said:

Again, this is your perception. I am not arguing. You are arguing. I am trying to encourage frank and open discussion. You appear resistant to that. Everyone has their own perception of what is happening and almost all have their defences up.

1 hour ago, Hummin said:

Please demonstrate 'anger' in my posts. That was your own anger that you try to project on to me. Look at your language. The anger is yours. I am simply challenging your perception. I have no anger about it at all. But if you attempt to attack and abuse me online, I have no problem with letting you know that I am not defenceless.

But as you can see here, now that you have lowered your tone, I am taking the time to compose a thoughtful reply.

Your problem is the way that you react to the perception of yourself being challenged. Similarly your 'friend' @fredwiggy

Have you ever seen me react in a similarly 'unhinged' manner? But yet you attempt to attribute that uncontrolled behaviour to me or at least blame me for your behaving in that way.

No, they are your demons.

1 hour ago, Hummin said:

Indeed. It's your thinking that does not add up. I tell the truth. For example, the reason why I did not reply until now, was that my girl was giving me a pedicure, whilst I lounged on a beach/camping chair.

That is reality. Normal. Peaceful.

1 hour ago, Hummin said:

Fill your days with what? What you are experiencing are your own demons. If you had a different way of thinking and responding, you might have an entirely different experience.

Allow me to give you an example...

When I asked you a while back if you were using AI for your responses, you refused to reply. Why? Perhaps because you were ashamed or perhaps you thought that I might use it against you or mock you.

In fact, that would be completely wrong. If you had admitted it, I would have added a 'thumbs up' to your response and any conversation might have taken a completely different direction.

So instead, I now push you to admit it, but the more I do, the more you dig your heels in. There's no anger on my part. but a lesson for you. Be genuine. You want to pretend to be something else and someone will knock down your house of cards.

Another example...when I ask your friend, if it were possible that his ex actually really liked him at first, but perhaps his behaviour of 'always being right' just wore her down and changed her behaviour towards him. he might have answered in a more considered way. But instead he became outraged and abusive. Reinforcing that in fact he may be difficult to live with and not the empath that he claims to be. That is not me Trolling, but simply expressing what I have seen from him over time.

His ranting and raving is not going to make me believe that he is an empath. Act like an empath and I might believe.

There is no anger on my part, but the ability to look beyond my own ego. To grow emotionally, without the need to be overly defensive and to use that as an excuse to abuse and hate.

Your ego, going by your own recent posts, appears to be so big that I do not know how you can see past it!

Yep, see how he transfers blame to everyone else besides himself. One who tries to pick others apart, relying on what you tell here and in his mind things aren't what you say but how his own life and experiences brings them out.

Refusal to believe that you could have been a good partner and automatically taking the other side because he's butt hurt being proven wrong time and again. Especially after I tell how my ex was before and after me, that she cheats on everyone, including her new husband, and still wants to be back with me, but that will never sink in, as his own life mirrors the worst case scenario. Jealousy rears it's ugly head and to the death they will try and believe otherwise.

Best that you don't get involved, as it might not be what you imagine.

But in general, it's a kind of confirmation that the kind of person that he is imagining would hardly be able to sustain a long term relationship based on character alone.

Well put him on ignore. Get a better life. You keep reading people you claim to hate. Find a hobby for once.

That's your imagination. I'm not about ego. That stunts your growth.

There's no blame here.

I will get involved in any public forum that I wish to!

You keep telling the world that posters, including myself, are on ignore but you still stick your insulting posts into their posts any way!

PS: Where have I ever said that I "hate" anyone!

I admit that I dislike Trump intensely, but I do not believe I have ever used that word to describe even him!

Okay, get involved 😊

How you respond comes down to how you interpret what you read.

You are the one that introduced your ego into the posts!

You said; "There is no anger on my part, but the ability to look beyond my own ego."

Yes, that's what that means 😊 I'm not trying to win. It's a meeting of the minds. How you react is about you. I'm not trying to win, nor am I trying to put anyone down. Everything I do is for good reason.
