Now, we all know, that "f*c*" is one of the most used curse words and what is means when not used as such.

Decades ago, I heard the expression motherf*ck*r for the first time. I was shocked and I asked myself which piece of sh*t would ever come up with such a disgusting combination of words.

I know, that it does not mean what is says, more likely something like b*stard or d*ckh*ad but still, it was appalling to me and still is.

I never used it once and never had much respect for those who did.

Your post took a lot of that negativity out of it.

I mean for me it's still a disgusting combination of words but, yeah, when you think about it, you are 100% right, we're all somehow mother*ckers.

Some of us, especially when you stay in Thailand are kind of serial m*therf*ckers.

I find Thais like self-deprecating humor. Thai women love it when I say I am poor, and not handsome.

That is 100% true.

Thais are always concerned about losing their faces and if someone intentionally but jokingly loses his own, they think that is incredibly funny but at the same time a sign of self-respect and confidence.

The flip side to the coin is, never make a Thai lose his or her face as that is pretty much the worst situation you can put them in and they will never forgive you for the rest of their lives.

We all make mistakes and I have made many. I think many here are just surviving their relationships. I was for 15 years to my ex and was able to compartmentalize it from the rest of my life and enjoy myself but really wish I didn't make that mistake!

I seriously think finding my new woman was almost pure luck and initially I was still in stupid mode! Covid hit and it forced me to make some decisions and then somehow over night I just became the perfect boyfriend :) Never have I lied to her or raised my voice in 6 years.

To the best of my knowledge: Quite some time ago, I believe it was in the state of Colorado, when a religious sect strongly advocated sex between the mother and her sons. Eventually it made it to the 6 o'clock news. Ever since, the term serves as a general insult, far away from it's original roots.
