Farage doesn't want rid of immigrants, and all the Con and Lab MPs we hated are welcome to his party. Until Lowe showed up, then Farage realised everyone would vote for the guy that wanted rid and had

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So, how do you know when you've worked your hours and are on overtime?

By the way, Pay As You Earn is a tax system. Not a method of employing staff.

Have you heared of a payline its a piece of paper where your hours are printed and how much Tax you have paid. Normally you work a set amount of hours per week and your taxed on hourly pay. If you work extra hours out of working hours your taxed on those hours. What reform are saying is that you will not pay tax on these hours simple. As for costing they will look at the people claiming benefits that they should be taking in PIP or disability payments and they will save millions removing people on benefits who have no rights to be in this country for starters.

I showed what PAYE means in my last comment. Pay As You Earn, in case you missed it. It's a system HMRC use to collect taxes from those that are employed. It creates tax codes and stops the need for individuals in employment to make tax returns every year.

Now, back to the idea of employment contracts. Here is what Farage said, "We want to exempt overtime hours from income tax entirely, for any paid work above a 40-hour contracted week for employees earning less than £75,000 a year.

Whats wrong with that doesn't matter if your flippin burgers for a Tenner an hour or a consultant on 70 - 80 quid an hour, Reform will put more cash in your arse pocket and giving you a chance of working more on O/T then giving most of it to the Tax Man.

Wrong. A consultant working 40 hours a week at £70 an hour will not benefit.

No. I've not been on holiday and I'm not thick as I can certainly read this as you wrote in your comment ...."a consultant on 70 - 80 quid an hour".

Taking a few cash bribes might help too. Maybe running down someone in his van. And of course wrapping himself in the flag and then pretending he's religious.

So Andy Burnham has been given the greenlight to stand in the by election in Makerfield Wigan Gtr Manchester. Reform have said they will throw everything even the kitchen sink to defear Burnham. If your a betting man Reform won in this area with over 75% as opposed to labour who only got 30 odd % Iin the local Elections. So as Reform said Bring it on and we will defeat Burnham.

Oh dear.
