Graphics Power: The N100 boasts 24 Execution Units (EUs) running at 750MHz, while the N95 is heavily stripped down with only 16 EUs running at up to 1200MHz. This gives the N100 smoother overall interface performance and less stutter during heavy media playback.

Budget 6 to 8000 Baht. I cannot get into Shopee, I have tried many times over the years. I have been recommended to get a Beelink EQ 13 PRO which is around 5000 Baht from Lazada, who are always a last resort for me.

I already posted the actual link earlier. I guess you missed it in your haste to post a snidey remark. https://shopee.co.th/-Official-ศูนย์ไทย-BEELINK-MINI-S12-S12-Pro-CPU-INTEL-N95-(S12)-N100(S12Pro)-MINI-PC-คอมพิวเตอร์ตั้งโต๊ะขนาดเล็ก-i.910339061.23536352795

10900 for the one you mentioned and 17900 for the Pro version.

Hence my recommendation for a high quality business standard Mini/Micro PC within budget.

No, heavy media playback is heavy media playback. Gaming is described as Gaming.

Don't just make things up to suit your argument. Stick to facts.

A sensible suggestion within the OP's budget, IMHO. Though the one to which I linked is 4700 baht, albeit via Shopee.

A shame that you cannot rise above such infantile behaviour. It's about getting the best deal for the OP, rather than to massage your ego. Do you have a recommendation within the OP's budget?

If you cannot do better, perhaps you should retire to your corner.

Actually, the choice is much smaller than you might imagine. There aren't any other options, unless you want to move up to a Small Form Factor PC, which is in between the size of a Tower and a Mini PC.

I'm using a GMKtech AMD Ryzen 5 bolted to the back on my monitor. They come in various shades of memory. Works fine for me although my visiting (MSc in Computer Science) son did set it up for me.

But is wasn't expensive and it works fine.

Snob 😊 I spent the equivalent of 2500 baht on a Mini PC 😊 Connected to a 55". Was already six years old when I purchased it.

Features 4 full-sized desktop cores that boost up to 4.2 GHz. It handles heavy multitasking, multiple browser tabs, and older or casual PC gaming with ease...

Good enough.

We seem to have some really quite 'sensitive' emoji clickers lurking on this thread 😊

A used M1 Mini would outperform anything mentioned in this topic.

I am thinking of upgrading my computer setup. What is best? An all in one system, what make? At present I have the Asus tower and moniter system and not happy with it. I think there is another system which has a small thing which does the same job as the Tower. What is your experience?

I think the most important part of a computer system is the display. Get a widescreen monitor. Think of it as like the difference between watching a 55" TV compared with a 32" TV.

I connect my desktop and my laptop to a widescreen monitor. It totally transforms the experience.

I'd also recommend a wireless keyboard and mouse. The actual spec of the computer is not so important for most people - they're all faster than you. For those that disagree, you probably have a specific requirement but then you'll know exactly what you need anyway; my comment is for the other 99% of the readership. 😉

How will you fit that all into an 8k budget?

I guess a few missed that criteria...

That all adds up to considerably more than 8000 baht...

This is what happens when the budget is not stated in the very first post 😊

Obviously people are all recommending worthwhile systems, but they are mostly all waaay over budget. A cheapo good spec ex-business Mini/Micro PC, coupled with existing monitor and/or TV should be good enough for the OP's needs.

2 hours ago, IsaanT said:

This, of course, is nonsense.

They might not understand the numbers, but they know they don't want their device to freeze or to slow down in use. Because I use mine with a 55" TV, I may have a split screen with four different sections, with multiple Browsers open. Try doing that with a Celery N4500...

It's definitely worth paying attention to the specification or having someone to help with that. No need to spend much. As aforementioned, I spent just 2500 baht. Just fitted an SSD that I had sitting around.

If you want to label the desire for high quality a form of snobbery, go right ahead. Means nothing to me. Only pleasure, efficiency, enjoyment and satisfaction.
