Ah yes, the uber religious, Christianity loving (but have never been to church or within 10 metres of a Bible), flag shagging, lamp post climbing, street pissers do love a good duking out.

Ahh so that's how you are labeling patriots now.

My post isn’t about the deceased, it’s about the killer. Forgive me for inadvertently offending you.

Let's not also forget Ryan Bridge, co-founder of this esteemed group, recently being arrested for a hit and run that left a man with a broken leg. It should be noted that the guy who was run over was

Starmer's cronies in the CPS will do everything possible to fast track this one, because the accused is right wing (lefties claim that right wingers are the biggest terror threat to UK citizens 🙄)

Let's see how long this takes to get to court / conviction compared to the Manchester Airport attackers, where everything they did was filmed.

Thanks for highlighting this case Chomper, so we can watch the 2 tier justice system in action again.

He didn't enter a plea so he'll be back in court in September - that's three months from now. If he pleads not guilty then there will have to be a criminal trial date set which would probably happen mid next year at the earliest.

That's about the same timeframe as anybody else, Muslim or not. Sorry to shut down your little paranoid conspiracy nonsense.

How does that feel?

So not triggered to bang on about Muslims and Islam in a thread discussing neither?!

Nope, just responding to you accusing me of Islamophobia; don’t accuse someone of Islamophobia if you are going to get traumatised when they respond; no phobia, just a well founded, rational fear of the misogynistic, homophobic, terrorist supporting Religio-culture of Islam.

Possibility does not mean proven beyond reasonable doubt. Your arguments are valid for civil liability, but do not support the burden of proof requirement for a criminal pursuit.

True. I have argued that to establish a defence of "self defence" the defence would have to prove that avoiding the fight was not possible, that the blow was not reckless and that the perpetrator was not intoxicated. The prosecution would have to prove "mens rea", and that the fatal blow was reckless. That is why there will be a criminal trial. Because of the circumstances and the individual involved it will inevitably be a high profile trial.

The whole point of my posts is to disabuse the view that it was a "dust up", three guys "duking it out", a mere bout of fisticuffs after a closing time argument, all to be explained as self defence. A man was killed, and that changes the whole matter straight away. It becomes murder.

There is no two tier justice.

Your need for grievance is real, two tier justice is not.

You do understand how posts are presented in the chronological order in which they are made?

Your Islamophobia came before me pointing it out.

Slight correction.

The prosecution would have to prove escape/avoidance was possible.

Easily done unless the killer was cornered or otherwise confined.

The very first comment on this thread was by yourself (surprise, surprise) asking the question:  “What is it about nationalism that it atteacks (sic) violence t thugs?”

I replied suggesting there might be a correlation between what attracts them, to what attracts violent terrorists to Islam, which is a perfectly reasonable suggestion.

However, at the slightest hint of any criticism towards Islam, your red mist descended, cloaking you in a fog of anger and frustration, so you subsequently responded by accusing me of Islamophobia.

I cannot possibly have displayed any Islamophobia, because I have no phobia about Islam whatsoever; ipso facto, what you claim to have pointed out is false and consequently invalid.

Then start a thread on your pet fixation.

This isn’t it.

Don’t accuse me of Islamophobia if you are not prepared to deal with a response.
