The current unemployment rate is 4.3 percent.

4.0% in January 2025.

Labor force participation rate also decreased from 62.6% in January 2025 to 61.8%.

Also not a disaster yet but it's bleak. Despite millions of foreigners expelled.

I realy don't know how Trump will take that comment from "his" DOJ chief, it could be interpreted on 2 or 3 different ways, but one that we know for sure is that he will be in an orange suit soon

President Donald Trump was almost certainly bound for prison until he won the 2024 election, according to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who previously served as the Republican’s personal lawyer.

“Is it an accurate statement to say he either wins in ‘24, wins the White House — it’s either the White House or the big house?”

Trump Loses It After Judge Rules He Can't Slap His Name On Kennedy Center

https://au.yahoo.com/news/trump-loses-judge-rules-cant-224831687.html

“Unless I am free to do what I do better than anyone else, bring this Institution back, physically, financially, and artistically, I have no interest in continuing what could only be a hopeless journey into ‘NEVER NEVER LAND,’” Trump wrote after Judge Christopher Cooper of the Federal District Court in Washington issued his ruling.

'The Kennedy Center's organic statute makes crystal clear that the Center is to be named for President Kennedy, and it cannot bear any other formal name or public memorial based on the Board's unilateral say-so,' Cooper wrote.

'Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it,' he added.

Cooper also ruled that Trump could not close the center for two years for renovations.

“Trump-Kennedy Center” violated the clear language of federal law that requires the building to honor “President Kennedy and President Kennedy alone.”

" Obama judge issues.......

These several words display to me one aspect of the law , in the USA, which is way out of kilter.

I understand that the judge was apponted by Obama during his presidency and I understand there's quite some precedency for judges to be appointed by all presidents and these judge are well known to be very politically aligned to the party of the president who appointed them.

From my knowldge this doesn't happen at all in any other country. Judges are appointed because of their much superior well displayed knowledge and understnd of laws and their personal balance in the way the law (at hand) is applied.

And haters butt hurt cruising right along, growing exponentially. Sucks to be a hater of Trumps accomplishments! lol... feckless... all you Trump hating <deleted>.

I’m not defending PDJT. I think most that comment here cannot play the multilevel chess game he’s playing. I truly believe he creates side distractions to keep most from focusing on his true efforts. Having played in the higher levels of government, what most of us think we know is such a small sliver of the actual story. So, I think it’s humorous that people think they got something over on this man when in actuality, it means nothing to him but your distraction!

The House for the first time Wednesday approved a war powers resolution that would halt the U.S. military action against Iran, defying President Donald Trump as a handful of Republicans joined with Democrats to end the three-month-long conflict that has reordered politics at home and abroad.

Let's have a closer look at Trump's Friday:

• A federal judge temporarily blocked his plan to create a $1.8 billion slush fund for January 6 rioters

• A federal judge ordered Trump’s name removed from the Kennedy Center and halted plans to close the venue for two years.

• A federal judge reopened Trump’s $10 billion IRS lawsuit and ordered an investigation into “grievous allegations” that a rushed settlement was “premised on deception.”

Multiple musicians have pulled out of Trump’s Freedom 250 concert

Looking forward to reading his Truth Social posts.😆

It is major backlash and it is just starting. Trump has pushed the insanity envelope way too far. He is completely unhinged.

Trump is still winning.

The only thing he is winning is being a f'n moron that is clueless. Claiming success in the middle of every failed action doesnt denote a winner by any measure. He's the laughing stock of all world leaders and played by every leader he negotiates with.

The sadest fact are the gullible cultists that continue to cling to his claims of success while he dismantles the alliances and alienates those the USA once had.

The only winners are the cronies that play him for financial gain at the expense of the US taxpayers

As much as I supported Trump before, the more we see how he goes, the more he could be considered a danger to global peace, prosperity and stability mainly for the common man.

They've discovered that by not displaying amusement encourages Trump to say more utterly ridiculous things that they can write and laugh about later.

Wait a minute. I thought it would cost $250 mill and be paid for entirely by donations! Does this mean that someone in the WH told porkies?

Well, I never!

Well, well, well. Looks like a couple of Repubs just grew the semblance of a spine. This will be vetoed, of course.

He's running out of options, fast. What an astounding (and entirely preventable) defeat for Trump and the US of A.

'Iran war powers rebuke shows how Trump is increasingly boxed in'

https://edition.cnn.com/2026/06/04/politics/iran-war-powers-trump-rebuke

"If the resolution were to pass in the Senate — where 50 of 100 senators have appeared to support it — Trump would be required to either withdraw troops from Iran or gain Congress’ approval for the war.

The White House, which has signaled it believes the underlying law is unconstitutional, could try to ignore the resolution.

But at the very least, the House vote was a striking commentary on just how much Republicans appear to be losing patience with Trump and his politically damaging war."

Such a kick to see the cult continue to support him and claim he's "winning" or playing some sort of inscrutable game. LOL!

The guy's a corrupt, self-serving moron, who couldn't deal himself a good poker hand if the deck was all aces and only he got 4 cards.

He's losing many of his influencers. Even Shawn Ryan and Megyn Kelly have turned on him, finally seeing reality.

All he has left---save for self-serving billionaires who will shift with the wind---is losers.

He cannot strike a "deal" with Iran, so he now says he doesn't care about peace and that he's bored. Imagine you, or your offspring is in the Middle East, and the supposed Commander-in-Chief says he no longer cares.

He has to take his name off the Kennedy Center, so he says he'll give up on saving it, which is funny, because he is the one destroying it and driving off artists. All he could book was some silly Latvian joke band.

His concert to celebrate his birthday got cancelled because he couldn't even get third rate hacks to perform.

Gas prices are way up, inflation is climbing, the debt is soaring, the US no longer has any true allies, his approval rating is at an all time low....but he's winning? The 1962 NY Mets are a victory juggernaut compared to Trump.
