So now the Dem Party of JFK , the same party historically tied to the KKK , can add Nazi representation to its resume if Platner wins in Maine. A candidate with Totenkopf SS death’s head tattoo on hi

We must remember Robert KKK Byrd (D) was in the Senate, and FDR's first nominee to the Supreme Court was Hugo Black, who was an active member of the KKK. So Platner is in good company as a Nazi.

It will be a first for that & this (first senator to sport Nazi stuff) , no party in the history of the USA,No mainstream Democratic Party, either in the U.S. or globally, has adopted a platform of neo Nazi or fascist sports nostalgia.

Basically everything he did would of nullified him in a sane Dem Party. But these people practically invite fraudsters/Criminals to the table.

During the House Judiciary hearing, Rep. Hunt Q & A the SPLC interim CEO Mr. Fair with a gotcha question. “Were they informed that this was actually funding members of the KKK?”

Fair twisted in his seat and deflected for what seemed like the thousandth time

From the House hearing transcript:

Wesley Hunt (03:42:15):

So you were taking money from people. And were they informed that this was actually funding members of the KKK?

Mr. Fair (03:42:23):

Congressman.

Wesley Hunt (03:42:24):

So if a donor says, "Hey, I'm going to give you all a million dollars." Did you then say, "Well, we're actually going to have a covert operation that's going to secretly give money to KKK to fund the organization." And then did the donor then say, "Well, that sounds like a good idea. Please take more of my money." That ever happened?

Mr. Fair (03:42:40):

Congressman Hunt-

Wesley Hunt (03:42:40):

Yes, sir.

Mr. Fair (03:42:41):

...all of the allegations in the indictment will be addressed in the Middle District of Alabama in the criminal proceeding.

NB The current federal indictment one of 2 counts specifically requires an INTENT to defraud -- so Congressman Hunt, in his zeal, is not an attorney who would have known that is an improper question and would not expect an answer given the current criminal indictment

The Nazis were a far right political party. You cannot be a Marxist and be a Nazi. Just because they were officially named National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) is meaningless. The name was largely a strategic move to attract working-class voters during a time of high anti-capitalist sentiment. In practice, their economic and political actions actively dismantled traditional socialism.

At a recent Oversite hearing on the SPLC.

After a bit of round & round Q&A from Fair, Gill said the SPLC has referred to the Totenkopf as a "racist skinhead symbol", Yet this same organization now finds itself soft pedaling its association with a Dem Senate candidate in Maine who proudly wore this Nazi SS death’s head tattoo for years before covering it up.

The hypocrisy , the SPLC eagerly brands conservatives and ordinary Americans as "extremists" for far less, but suddenly gets tongue tied when one of their own party’s candidates has literal Nazi imagery in his past.

This is the party whose member now represents a man with a documented Nazi tattoo, and the SPLC’s selective outrage proves exactly who they really serve.

Their foot soldiers in the streets perfectly reflect this moral bankruptcy , the same crowd that cheers Antifa’s black bloc violence, waves communist flags, and tolerates National Socialist cosplayers when it suits their narrative.

While the SPLC obsesses over labeling everyday conservatives as "hate groups", it conveniently looks the other way as its ideological allies blend Nazi aesthetics, communist authoritarianism, and Antifa thuggery into one toxic package.

The story is based on a Senator Lee X posting

Southern Poverty Law Center says its informant program was not kept secret from law enforcement

The Southern Poverty Law Center has told a federal court that law enforcement agencies knew for years that the nonprofit was paying informants to report on the movements of hate groups

April 28, 2026

WASHINGTON — The Southern Poverty Law Center told a federal court on Tuesday that law enforcement agencies have long known that the nonprofit paid informants to report on the movements of hate groups, rejecting assertions by the Trump administration that the nonprofit steered money to the Ku Klux Klan and other extremist groups without the knowledge of authorities.

In its first legal defense against the charges, the group filed motions in federal court in Alabama asking the court to order acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to retract statements saying the government had “no information” about the informant program, and to block him from making further similar statements. Blanche made the comment in a press conference last week and later on Fox News as he announced charges against the nonprofit.

But in its filings, the SPLC said it sent a 45-page “event alert” to the FBI in advance of the (Charlottesville, VA) rally with information gathered from the informant program, including information about some attendees’ weapons.

The irony, 500 groups on the NO KINGS march including communist and socialist organizations calling for revolution never made it to the SPLC hate map. Some want to kill/burn USA down, while peaceful conservatives, parental rights groups, or immigration enforcement advocates routinely get branded as hate groups on the SPLC's map.

The irony is thick,Some of these NoKings participants including openly communist and socialist organizations explicitly calling for revolution , wave flags of of authoritarian terrorist regimes , chant from the river to the sea, chant for the destruction of the American system, and talk about burning it all down. Yet they never make it onto the Southern Poverty Law Center’s hate map.

NB2 to the above: The United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama where SPLC case was filed has 3 active judges. All appointed by president Trump 2 during his first term and one the current term.

A judge has not been assigned as still in the hands of Magistrate Judge Kelly Fitzgerald.

Motion seeks dismissal of all charges against SPLC by the court

May 26, 2026 MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Today, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) filed a motion in federal court to dismiss the charges against the SPLC based on vindictive prosecution. The motion argues that the charges brought against the 55-year old civil rights organization are the result of targeting by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and amount to retaliation, violating the SPLC’s constitutional right to due process.

Citing statements and actions by President Trump, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, other high ranking DOJ officials and FBI Director Kash Patel, the SPLC posits that the charges against it were brought not because of any criminal activity, but because the SPLC has been critical of the Administration’s policies and has published about extremist views held by Administration officials.

Some statements highlighted in the motion, like Blanche’s false claim that there was not evidence the SPLC passed information to law enforcement in efforts to thwart the criminal activities of hate groups—which the prosecution in the case has conceded was untrue and that Blanche later corrected— have also been the subject of other motions the SPLC has made showing how this prosecution is improper.

The DoJ 12 JUN 2026 filed a motion opposing the SPLC's motion to dismiss for vindictive prosecution. It doesn't mention the words 'Blanche' or 'Patel'.

The May 26, 2026 SPLC motion to dismiss for vindictive prosecution mentions the word 'Blanche' 33 times and 'Patel' 17 times.

Prediction markets currently favor Dems to flip a seat in November. Maine's Platner’s chances fell following the latest scandals involving his past relationships, but Collins still trails which means it looks like the Senate will have its first Dem Nazi representation according to polling.

He may remove the tattoo from his chest, but there's no way of removing it from the minds of people who despise what the Totenkopf represented.

Platner earlier faced controversy over the tattoo resembling the Totenkopf, or death’s head, a symbol adopted by the Nazi SS. He has apologized and claimed ignorance, yet the radical left brings up Nazism every single day in politics while excusing one of their own.

You need to take a good hard look at Trump, his cabinet appoinments, his and their ideologies, beliefs and actions before you start pointing the finger at others.

Platner is native born Maine and an oyster farmer. In Maine that counts for a lot -- especially when Senator Collins' family has been in the Maine lumber business since 1844.
