So, what crime(s) do you believe Trump committed that resulted in the lawsuit?

Maine Senate Race Narrows to Toss-Up as Collins Closes Gap

June 12, 2026|2026 Election

Quantus Insights survey finds Graham Platner leading Susan Collins 46% to 45%, down from a seven-point March advantage.

I'm a bit surprised the Dems kept him as a candidate after his history of messing around on Kik. Apparently Maine Dem voters bought the story he didn't know the totenkopf was a Nazi symbol. It's possible that Platner himself didn't recognize the death's head symbol of the Schutzstaffel (SS), but it's likely other Marines who did know its meaning would have seen it and told him. It's a question of how fast he had the tattoo altered. Screenshot 2026-06-14 3.39.37 AM.png

I do criticize unfounded beliefs and corruption... maybe you hate being corrected so it's more likely that you transfer your hate to your detractors.

This latest bombshell makes the SPLC’s hypocrisy even more disgusting. According to the NYP, an SPLC Intelligence Project director funneled $1.2m in donor money to her neo Nazi lover/informant inside the National Alliance white supremacist group , they even shared a house and joint bank accounts while the SPLC publicly denounced the very same organization.

While they lecture the world about fighting hate and grill others over symbols, top SPLC officials were literally bankrolling and sleeping with active neoNazis using donor cash.

The party whose member represents a man with a Nazi Totenkopf tattoo now gets cover from an organization that was actively funding and protecting real neoNazis.

https://nypost.com/2026/06/16/us-news/splc-employee-who-paid-neo-nazi-lover-1-2-million-unmasked/

At a recent Oversite hearing on the SPLC.

After a bit of round & round Q&A from Fair, Gill said the SPLC has referred to the Totenkopf as a "racist skinhead symbol", Yet this same organization now finds itself soft pedaling its association with a Dem Senate candidate in Maine who proudly wore this Nazi SS death’s head tattoo for years before covering it up.

The hypocrisy , the SPLC eagerly brands conservatives and ordinary Americans as "extremists" for far less, but suddenly gets tongue tied when one of their own party’s candidates has literal Nazi imagery in his past.

This is the party whose member now represents a man with a documented Nazi tattoo, and the SPLC’s selective outrage proves exactly who they really serve.

Their foot soldiers in the streets perfectly reflect this moral bankruptcy , the same crowd that cheers Antifa’s black bloc violence, waves communist flags, and tolerates National Socialist cosplayers when it suits their narrative.

While the SPLC obsesses over labeling everyday conservatives as "hate groups", it conveniently looks the other way as its ideological allies blend Nazi aesthetics, communist authoritarianism, and Antifa thuggery into one toxic package.

The story is based on a Senator Lee X posting

So as expected, you have no idea. Report back when you do.

Nobody seems to know what Nazism is, or what it is to be a Nazi. There are plenty of videos of interviews with Nazis from WW2, the brainwashing they had and the people it made them. Different kettle of fish to the last 50 years or so.

DOJ says it has superseding indictment against Southern Poverty Law Center

The superseding indictment does not contain any new charges or name new defendants from the original version, which was returned in April.

In the prior version, the indictment alleged that an SPLC employee who opened the bank accounts in question made "false or misleading statements."

But the Supreme Court last year, in Thompson v. USA, ruled that the bank fraud statute at issue only criminalizes false statements — and not statements that are misleading but not false.

The new version of the indictment no longer includes the words "or misleading" in reference to the statements made to banks.

Everything is on the table with the Anarchist/Marxist /progressive's, violence, lies, cultural destruction, institutional subversion, economic sabotage, and endless identity grievance theater. To them, Nazi It's just a slur for anyone who won't submit to their revolution.

They water down the term precisely so they can justify punching Nazis which conveniently includes conservatives, classical liberals, Trump voters, border enforcement advocates, or anyone defending Western norms & traditional values..

Every accusation is a confession. That's the old saying for (or its modern version). They accuse the other side of exactly what they’re doing themselves.

Just watched GOP Sen. Moreno turn a confirmation hearing into a masterclass on vetting. He asked the nominees, "Do any of you have a Nazi tattoo"? followed by questions about , black people not tipping, fantasizing about raping home invaders, and masterbating in public bathrooms.

Every one of them said no, obviously Moreno pointed out that stuff like that would’ve ended Platner’s Senate run in Maine if he were a GOP member. But here we are the Dem's are still backing a guy who sported a Totenkopf SS death’s head tattoo for years.

Not sure it has been mentioned, but the skull and crossbones also forms the cap badge of the Royal Lancers. The Skull and Bones symbolise the death of General Wolfe at the Battle of Quebec in 1759. Not Nazis.

Southern Poverty Law Center says its informant program was not kept secret from law enforcement

The Southern Poverty Law Center has told a federal court that law enforcement agencies knew for years that the nonprofit was paying informants to report on the movements of hate groups

April 28, 2026

WASHINGTON — The Southern Poverty Law Center told a federal court on Tuesday that law enforcement agencies have long known that the nonprofit paid informants to report on the movements of hate groups, rejecting assertions by the Trump administration that the nonprofit steered money to the Ku Klux Klan and other extremist groups without the knowledge of authorities.

In its first legal defense against the charges, the group filed motions in federal court in Alabama asking the court to order acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to retract statements saying the government had “no information” about the informant program, and to block him from making further similar statements. Blanche made the comment in a press conference last week and later on Fox News as he announced charges against the nonprofit.

But in its filings, the SPLC said it sent a 45-page “event alert” to the FBI in advance of the (Charlottesville, VA) rally with information gathered from the informant program, including information about some attendees’ weapons.

I have been reading, that one of the informants was the lover of someone high up in the hierarchy of the SPLC and that the informant was given $1.2 million dollars.
I must be toooooo uuuugggglllly to get a lover like that!

I wonder which law enforcement agencies the SPLC were telling, when the SPLC told those law enforcement agencies, and when was the last time the SPLC informed those law enforcement agencies about their paying "informants"?

This from riclag, which I have also read and heard about!

"Most Recently the world has seen the insignificant /once significant & once worthy NGO represent its own institutional survival above the causes it claims to champion, now those causes have dried up ,the groups that burn. cause havoc are from the left , resulting in a untrustworthy Marxist organization who manufactures hate to survive. The organization is on trial , 11 counts of wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering.

Google ai overview:

"The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was indicted by a federal grand jury on 11 counts of wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering. Prosecutors allege the organization secretly funneled over $4 million in tax-exempt donor funds to extremists—including members of the Ku Klux Klan—via shell companies without disclosing the payments to its donors".

Just for fun... here's the summary from the LIABLE verdict in that trial:

Donald Trump and entities he controls own many valuable properties, including office buildings, hotels, and golf courses. Acquiring and developing such properties required huge amounts of cash. Accordingly, the entities borrowed from banks and other lenders. The lenders required personal guarantees from Donald Trump, which were based on statements of financial condition compiled by accountants that Donald Trump engaged. The accountants created these “compilations” based on data submitted by the Trump entities. In order to borrow more and at lower rates, defendants submitted blatantly false financial data to the accountants, resulting in fraudulent financial statements. When confronted at trial with the statements, defendants’ fact and expert witnesses simply denied reality, and defendants failed to accept responsibility or to impose internal controls to prevent future recurrences. As detailed herein, this Court now finds defendants liable, continues the appointment of an Independent Monitor, orders the installation of an Independent Director of Compliance, and limits defendants’ right to conduct business in New York for a few years.

An AI cut and paste is not a court document. Just more evidence of your lack or integrity.

We can easily clear all of this up. You claimed Trump committed crimes he could have been prosecuted for. So, what crime(s) do you believe Trump committed that resulted in the lawsuit, and why was he not prosecuted for them?

.... LOL..... typical nonsense from a clown

The quote I gave was the verbatim text from the court's judgement document... exactly what I said it was.

The judgement clearly identified the fraudulent actions committed by Trump and his employees....

don't you hate it when your balloon pops right in your face?

Since you repeatedly avoid finding anything that upsets your precarious apple cart:

https://ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/decisions/trump-decision.pdf

And after Trump's appeal:

The same appellate court explicitly upheld the underlying findings of fraud. The following restrictions remain active:

  • Corporate Leadership Ban: Donald Trump and his two eldest sons (Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump) remain banned from serving as officers or directors in any New York corporation for a specified number of years.

  • Business Operations: The New York State Unified Court System maintains restrictions and ongoing oversight on the Trump Organization's ability to do business, including the continued supervision of a court-appointed independent monitor to oversee the company's financial dealings.

You state your opinion as fact, and then when you are not able to support what you claimed as fact, you back-pedal, say it was your opinion, and that because it was your opinion, it means nothing. That's fine, but don't state your opinion as fact if you do not want to get called out for it.

Again, you stated as fact that Trump committed crimes he could have been prosecuted for. So, what crime(s) do you believe Trump committed that resulted in the lawsuit, and which he could have been prosecuted for?

Your status in this discussion reminds me of a typical high IQ leftist.

The Dem party whose members have/had Nazi nostalgia can now add this to their Systemic Progressive policy achievements, a foreign national who overstayed his visa since 2001, received DACA under Obama, and allegedly became the ringleader of a drone and sniper terror plot targeting a President and the crowd at the White House.

The same party that lectures endlessly about fighting hate and extremism keeps empowering the real threats, whether through imported chaos or homegrown radicalism shielded by their own failed immigration experiments.

While they platform candidates with SS death’s head tattoos and defend organizations with neo Nazi ties, their open border Dreamer policies have delivered would be mass murderers into the country and allegedly into position to strike at the heart of American leadership.

More Nazi related news! Coffee shop in NYC bans Jewish lawmaker Dan Goldman echoes of Nazi Germany 1930s boycotts.

*This mirrors exactly how the Nazis started in the early 1930s. Before the full Holocaust machine, they pushed boycotts of Jewish businesses (like the April 1, 1933 nationwide boycott), exclusion from public life, propaganda labeling Jews as enemies/disloyal/exploiters, and normalizing discrimination as resistance or moral purity.
