You are correct in the sense that the final judgement is not yet pronounced, so the Court could only enjoin Israel (for the moment) from committing genocide, i.e. not to do it.

When October 7 happened, the whole world was in shock.

More and more abominations committed by Hamas came to light and for many , me included, the worst part was about those 30 babies, who were beheaded and/or put in ovens.

I mean, we all know that terrible things happen in wars and that collateral damage does not spare kids, but intentionally murdering a child by chopping its head off was a new and by now unparalleled level of cruelty.

There is no culture, no religion, no society that I know of, which would accept let alone support such abominations.
