fft100
Just called 1103 and they told me i would be upgraded automaticaly from 512/256 to 1536/512 on 30 september. I dont need to apply and i cant have it now I am a maxnet premier user who has paid a year up front. I was wondering whether the special speeds upgrade was only for premier users or people who have paid upfront but looking at the above posts that doesnt seem to be the case. So who gets double speed and who gets special speed ?
girlx
has anyone else notice that this upgrade never happened for them? my internet has been tediously slow since the end of september. speed tests show i am at half what i should be.

I also pay for 1Mbps MaxNet, was automatically ugraded first to 2Mbps and then to 2.5Mbps. I just checked my modem-router's statistics and I'm still at 2.5Mbps.
