I have a modified Honda Click 125, with 2 rear wheels. Can anybody recommend a shop for inspection? I went to 2 shops on Buakhow and asked, both close to Soi Diana, but neither wanted to do it. Apparently, the mod requires some kind of special expertise.

Those are illegally modified bikes, not approved.

The owners buy these bikes new registered, no roadworthy inspection due for 5 years, then the bike becomes unregisterable, good for nothing.

All you can do is remove retrofit and bring it back to original, then take it to authorised inspection station for roadworthy certificate.

Apparently yes. It's been registered and insured and taxes were paid. Legit plates, too.

Yep, insurance, taxes and plates were issued prior to modifications

Maybe in those cases might as well don't bother with inspection and tax, police are unlikely to check, never seen one pulled over
