You have the nerve to call others stupid or disgusting?

You don’t even realize that "disgusting" cannot begin to describe the emotion you create in others by defending these atrocities.

I am sick and tired of breathing the same air as people like you.

If you had the slightest decency or humanity left, you would at least admit that the mass murder in Gaza and the slaughter of children is wrong.

You would show basic compassion by saying, "If our snipers really targeted children, then that is wrong."

But you won't.

You keep defending it, believing you hold the moral high ground when you couldn't possibly sink any lower.

Western audiences might be brainwashed by corrupt politicians and a media system that has hidden these crimes for decades. But the rest of the world is not blind.

The zoo incident was just one of many reactions from normal people, and many more will follow.

It is completely unreal.

People are whining about being turned away at a zoo—even quoting local law to cry discrimination—while at the same time defending rape, mass murder, land theft, and infanticide.

No offense, but you come over like the typical Farang who lives in Thailand and somehow only looks for facts to feed his negative prejudice towards the host country which always leads me to this question which hasn't been answered till today: “why are you still here?.

1.      Thailand and Cambodia are not in an official state of total war, but experienced major escalations and deadly armed confrontations

2.      Thailand faces a long-running, violent separatist insurgency in its southernmost Malay-Muslim provinces

3.      Thailand´s official policy professes a "zero tolerance" stance against trafficking that’s why in 2017, a high-profile mass trial resulted in the conviction of over 60 people, including a high-ranking Thai military general and local municipal officials, for trafficking Rohingya and Bangladeshi migrants.

However, I wasn't writing about Thailand as a country or its policy at their borders but about its people and how they respond to certain incidents in connection with certain nationalities.

Assuming from your nick, that you are not a Malai Muslim insurgent or a trafficked Rohingya refugee this is as real as it can get for people like you and me.

It is interesting the Israelis always seem to be the Jews getting all the blame for what is happening in Palestine. Obvious that they live there, it is already a good reason for that. Many people from different countries serve in the Israel's military. Some get special training and go back to their respective countries and start some shade business like the "baron of cocaine". It´s a bit of both. Thais are fully aware of the war crimes and crimes against humanity Israel is committing every day and are worried they might plan something similar in Thailand as they have frequently observed the misbehavior and the lack of basic respect towards the locals.

All right, instead of going out and having fun I'm wasting another Saturday night with this thread.

I looked up a few more sources and the story seems to be the following:

This zoo has had problems with Israelis for almost 2 years.

They have been harassing the female owner and mistreating the animals, sometimes by letting their kids just walk into the birdcages and later complain why they have poop on their shoes and then flooding their website with negative reviews.

It went so far that they even killed a parrot.

They also try to get in without paying with their latest trick be being having one of them enter the zoo and pay for the ticket and then secretly open the exit door and let eight other Israelis in.

The owner has regularly filed complaints with the authorities but as this did not help she put a free Palestine flag at the entrance hoping to keep Israelis away.

That`s when the <deleted>storm started with her getting up to 90 messages, some of them threatening her life, every day.

Hers is not the only business facing problems with Israelis in Thailand. Many restaurants reported that they have been bullied or Israelis moved on without payment.

Are you for real? The actions that you describe are exactly what happened to Israeli civilians (woman and children included) on 7/10 when hamas invaded. In the retaliation that followed hamas embedded itself in the civilian population and public buildings in underground tunnels. I'm not a fan of the Israeli government but i despise the twisted narrative put forward by people like yourself.

Where is the evidence that Hamas fighters or weapons were hidden in all those buildings—whether residential, hospitals, schools, or universities?

It is the exact same narrative they are currently using to destroy Lebanon.

Remember when it was all about the hostages? We were told: 'Return the hostages and everything is over.'

Well, we’ve seen how that went.

Nothing is over. Gazans are being killed every single day.

If the safe return of the hostages is your main concern, how can you possibly hope to achieve that by bombing every building where they might be held?

Didn't you read my post?

When you protect yourself, your business, and the very lives of the animals you're taking care of by refusing a certain kind of customer to enter your perimeter; when you have had negative experiences with exactly that kind of customer for the last two years, that's not discrimination.

That is self-defense.

Israelis more than anybody else, should understand it.

Actually, they have just been rejected but not harmed.

I mean, for Israel it seems to be ok to intentionally murder kids and call it self-defense.

I recognized one word "Muslim"

I thought hmmm that's strange, why are they talking about "Muslim" walking through a mall in Thailand?

There weren't any Muslims around that I could see.

Good question.

Meyer Lansky may have been right when he reportedly said "When you're a Jew, the whole world is against you."

'Everyone' are just pointing out the atrocities that Israel has committed to demonize it's self.

The antipathy between Arabs/Persians and Jews/Israelis has been going on for a very long time, thousands of years and isn't going to cease anytime soon on either side... and it's basically six of one and half a dozen of the other.

Both sides have their crazy fanatical governments and clerics/rabbis that just dump gasoline on the fire at any opportunity because hate focuses people like little else, but there are also decent normal people on all sides that just want peace. Look at Iran, Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Likud party in Israel and they are all equally nuts... and there are a majority of the public in these places that just don't want it or support it. It's not about which side is right or wrong as all sides have their shortcomings... it's about hatred, survival, controlling the narrative, and justification.

We all know it boils down to religion and this can be very devisive to say the least... basically because it acts as a righteous mental anchor in someone's life in a very chaotic and oppressive world.

Unfortunately, the world is becoming more intolerant and dangerous as time goes by... even supposedly "normal" people on social media can be so hateful now for the slightest divergence of values, politics, or opinion against their own. Don't have to look much further than a forum like this to see it's true. We are slowly coming full circle again and a reckoning is coming, probably with a dystopian future being ushered in by oppressive governments and ideologies aided by advances in technology that will solidify control over the public in all places. Getting to the point where the only real freedom left is the freedom of thought... easy to wonder how long even that will last.

Now the moneychangers couldn't have been Muslim as they didn't exist at the time.

So who were the money changers? A group that existed at the time that Jesus didn't like.
