Their troubles are nothing compared with those of the countless women and children who have been murdered. Suddenly, every Israeli in Thailand is a good guy who supposedly doesn’t support the Zionist tendencies of their government. Oh, lucky us to be in the company of such “distinguished and decent Israelis.”

While the genocide was going on, I saw videos of Rabbies, old fashioned Jews in black, protesting against the war and being beaten by Netanyahu's police. Israel is still a demo country but now in the hands of right wing fascists.

Whether it's legal to discriminate like that is a different thing to whether it's right to discriminate like that. You sound like you're saying it's right. That is disgusting.

Ban all Israelie's from all countries around the world until they sort out the mess in there own country.

Mass killings don't go down very well with the rest of the world.

So what do they expect?

Certainly will not be love and kisses.

The need to do something themselves.

Looks like the Israelis are in for a rough time due to their aggression in the Middle East. Who would have thought they would start deploying Nazi tactics. They'll need to button up, the WW11 sympathy as all but dried up. They are fast becoming a pariah state, assisted by the Americans. People have every right to express their views in any ways they can.

The Israeli government is neither practicing apartheid nor genocide.

I think a lot of them already do have a second passport.

This is incorrect. A business in Thailand has a broad legal right to deny entry based on behavioral or safety reasons, but they cannot legally refuse service based on arbitrary or discriminatory grounds. This is currently the law. I am not taking sides here, just stating a fact.

I stand corrected, thanks.

But here in Thailand, who would you call on to enforce this law, or any law for that matter?

Oh well. Live with the choices your govt makes. A lot of the southern population is Muslim. So there shouldn't be any major surprise.

The expansionist Zionist are slaughtering 1000s of Muslim with their land grab. That comes with consequences outside the region.

Right or wrong, don't know, don't care. Israelis might want to stay north of Hua Hin.

Frankly I'm not making a value judgment based on what's right or what's wrong, I'm just saying legally a private park has the right to deny entry as does a restaurant, bar or any other complex.

Disputed claims in your post.

Are you asking me to explain their thinking? I am telling you what the action amounts to, you'll have to ask them the reason.

This appears to be a private part and all owners have the right to refuse admission to anybody they like.

More like an opportunity for crazies to come out of the woodwork and justify their lunacy with fabrications such as "commit atrocities against a defenseless population", for which there is no evidence according to the criminal standard, whereas what we are seeing is Israel changing its defense policy from containment to elimination of a threat and getting more powerful in the process, an alarming phenomenon to bigots who hope the demise of the Jewish state.

Or why don't they learn how to speak French and just speak French when they travel abroad to hide their nationality? I never met anyone who doesn't like the French.

I was unaware that Thailand has a law banning discrimination based on nationality in commercial practices. The fact that dual pricing is accepted would suggest that there is none, unless you want to rely on Section 27 of the Constitution:

Unjust discrimination against a person on the grounds of differences in origin, race, language, sex, age, disability, physical or health condition, personal status, economic and social standing, religious belief, education, or political view which is not contrary to the provisions of the Constitution, or on any other grounds shall not be permitted.

Quite right. Those alleging genocide know nothing about the evidentiary standard required to infer genocidal intent (dolus specialis) and merely claim that "all of the world's experts and scholars say blah... therefore blah". They misuse the term as a political slogan.

As for the bogus claim of apartheid, that is a crime based on race, not on statelessness. There are more than 70 countries in the world that have stateless populations, Thailand included. Are any of these other states labelled 'apartheid'? And how did all of those Arabs in the West Bank become stateless? Who deprived them of their citizenship?

Absolutely. And I suppose the sun also revolves around the Earth, gravity is optional, and international courts, human-rights organizations, and investigators are all just making things up. Much easier than actually examining the evidence.

And If you’re going to make absolute statements about something this serious, at least acknowledge that there is substantial evidence, legal argument, and international scrutiny pointing in the opposite direction. Saying “neither apartheid nor genocide” as if the matter is settled fact is far more simplistic than engaging with the evidence and the ongoing legal proceedings.

On another matter, I'm curious to know if this place which is a "private zoo" and hold Tiger cubs, is legal? It is provided they has obtained official permits from the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP). Interesting... Hey authorities, go check!

I wonder how the people at the park entrance knew they were Israelis? Not a normal question at a park.

As for venue owners banning certain people from entry...

"No shirts, no shoes, no service"

Remember that sign?

Spot on.

Just imagine if a Nazi family in the 1930s were denied service somewhere abroad.

The exact same logic applies in this case.

Radical Zionists and their cheerleaders are living in a fantasy world.

Maybe they had little flags sewn on their day packs. Or maybe they had to show ID to prove the age of the kids?

"Their land?" That is an assumption. Palestinians in the West Bank have never had sovereignty and probably never will.

No evidence? Wow. Just wow. It's very difficult to have a debate with somebody who is okay with tens of thousands of women and children being slaughtered in a completely disproportionate response to the October 7 attacks.

Leveling Gaza to the ground is okay with you? Displacing a million people is okay with you? Making an effort to eliminate the Palestinian population entirely is okay with you? Multiple factions in Israel have publicly admitted that that's what their goal is and you seem to condone that.

I guess go ahead and believe what you want but please don't ever call yourself a humanitarian or somebody that possesses goodwill toward mankind.

Read my post, above (copied below), if you want substantive arguments:

There is no evidence of genocide that meets the correct evidentiary standard. International scrutiny "pointing the other way" is the activism of charlatans who either know or are too lazy to enquire what the law on genocide states in the case of Gaza.

"Quite right. Those alleging genocide know nothing about the evidentiary standard required to infer genocidal intent (dolus specialis) and merely claim that "all of the world's experts and scholars say blah... therefore blah". They misuse the term as a political slogan.
