Diabetes is caused by vaccinations!

Along with no exercise.

I can't disagree with you.

Some who have inherited poor genes, can be affected by vaccination in a mysterious way.

It's the poor gene pool who should be careful, not just vaccines

It can also help mental health in small doses. Going out with your mates and having a great time, some drinks, socially is very good mentally - some great laughs can build great memories. Of course

    That's why I smoke weed.

Seven or more alcohol drinks a week increases your chance of getting a particularly virulent forms of prostate cancer, so Mr. Google states. My son is an alcoholic and that's what he has.

Alcohol is poison to the body, and anyone thinks it is not, may have a alcohol problem.

Now how much your particualy body can handle, befor it fails, or alcohol causes failure before something else fail, comes down to too many factors.

Myself, I don't touch it any more. Mainly health reason, though lost my taste for it, or better, nothing offered up in TH is worth the expense or hangover, not that I even got past 2 beers before I stopped sipping entirely.

It really is ingrained into society by media, as so many things are.

The more social needs people have, the more they seem to drink, and I find that especially true in Thailand. Then comes the hard part, finding a healthy balance between being social and not drinking, or simply drinking too much.

Even before I slowed way down for health, I didn't drink often, but usually a bit too much when I did.

Then sipped occasionally, actually rare, and revolved around what type of food eating, but rarely got past 2 beers. Then just stopped after they stopped producing Kopper Kraft.

Nope, worst sugar is the package, processed. Stop eating the processed sugar, you can eat as much fruit as you like.

No one has ever become diabetic from eating fruit

What do you mean by "package"?

Anything that grows in the earth, that is considered food, is good to eat. Processing is what damages that food, adding refined sugar to everything possible for profits is what addicts some people, which makes manufacturers rich. Unless you are allergic to certain foods, you can eat a lot of

veggies and fruits, and will not get diabetes or gain weight. It's pretty hard to get fat eating natural grown foods.

Veggies ok, but fruit raises your blood glucose level. So for type 2 diabetics I would say avoid too much fruit and check the individual Glycemic indexes for different fruits. Most berries are fine; water melon is bad.

Yes, always checking your sugar levels is best. Berries, Grapefruit, Pears, Apples, Peaches, Plums and a few more. Cantaloupe and Melons are okay in small portions. They're in the medium level.
