I'm unashamably Apple as I tend to keep my phones for 5-6 years & I've found Apple gives me that kind of longevity.

My first apple device, I hope it as good as my samsung s26 ultra.

Keen to hear your review once you get used to it. I am not happy with my switch from Samsung to iPhone.

But I travel a lot, and for me the whole attraction of a foldable is convenience. I can carry one device that handles calls, messages, maps, photos and then opens up into a much bigger screen for movies, browsing and reading.

I’d much rather have one phone in my pocket than carry a phone + tablet/laptop, along with the extra charging cables and chargers. 😆✈️

It might not replace every device for everyone, but when you’re travelling, having one device that does most things pretty damn well is a big advantage.

Less stuff to lug around, less stuff to charge and less chance of leaving something behind. 👍

To each, his own, of course.

But one reason I like to carry a tablet and a phone is that I can keep the tablet in airplane mode so I don't get interrupted after every round playing solitaire by those annoying pop-up ads. My phone is still taking calls. I also keep an unlimited data SIM in the tablet and use it as a hotspot without even pulling it out of my backpack. And when I get to the room, my laptop gives me a full keyboard, because I suck at screen typing. Plus, on the rare occasion that one of them goes down and needs to be worked on, I'm not dead in the water.

I believe I will share the same sentiment... Hence it will pair to my laptop intially just to see how deep the apple aids penetrates.

I believe most people on here are putting the iPhone Duo down is because of the price. The reviews I’m seeing are good. I haven’t ordered one yet but I soon will be.

I say to each his own. I feel when you talk negative about something when you haven’t actually used it isn’t right. I see the people that have it most are giving it good reviews.
