Ease up on the demoralisation bull <deleted> pls grandad!

It ain;'t over till it's over.

At one stage Spain was 95% Muslim.
Historical cycles will continue to turn.

The planned control system looks inevitable but again its just an 'elite' plan.
If they push it too far people will walk away and find alternatives or tear it all down.

Boomer generation has delivered a fake and gay present but that can all change but will take time - as it did in Spain

There was no particular 'elite' in 711 when Spain was invaded - the Muslims took control of most of Iberia in 30 years and full control after another 40. But it's OK, they were only there for 700 years.

No need to make it up, its common sense. Even the officer said much the same today when he made the arrest "Footage of the arrest, shared online by far-right activist Tommy Robinson, shows Thomas being approached by officers at a petrol station.

An officer can be heard telling him: "I've got information to suggest that you've been involved in some damage.""

Just because someone has an opinion about something, doesn't give them carte blanche to destroy others property!

'Others property' 😄

Who owned the boat then?????

Well, its not the Labor government, that's for sure.

But it also begs the questions. How many others have beached over the years and been hushed up.

And what's the real time number of illegals on the Streets of Britain I honestly believe the Government have no idea.

No wonder Britain is broke with very little housing stock £7.7 in benefits to foreign nationals and we can't fund Defence.

That would go down well with the British Public charge a Patriot for attempting to stop a crime whilst at the same time letting a bunch of Dinghy Invaders off with braking UK Immigration Laws and funding organised crime.

I strongly suspect that's exactly the effect Patriot Platform want to achieve.

Well, I guess we're going to find out how well it will go down, since he has indeed been arrested for, "criminal damage, criminal damage with intent to endanger life, and conduct endangering ships, structures or individuals under section 58 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995”.

Some pretty serious allegations there. Interesting he said "I understand. I knew this was coming.". Because he had calculated the donations would outweigh the punishment and knew he would be arrested for it, that was obvious. He miscalculated.

And to think that Captain Bird Brain posted the own evidence against himself.

Cue the "oh no he's being silenced" brigade. He isn't. If he hadn't done it he would not have been arrested for it. Simple.

Let's see how this plays out.

Edit: Oh, didn't take long: the crowd funding website is up already. Let the begging begin - chip in guys!! Cha-ching. He's now crapping himself that it might not be a slap on the wrists.

Easy defence what was a French rescue worker doing aiding and abetting illegal immigration in UK territorial waters.

That's not in any way, shape or form a defence. You can't excuse endangering someone's life by saying you don't agree with the reasons they were there, especially not when those reasons and their actions were entirely legal.

I didn't see anyone's life in danger, the guy chose to stay in the boat whilst there were 2 more rescue craft alongside, he made no attempt to jump off so he must have thought his life was not in danger. Anyway, that's what courts are for.

Firstly quality news source the Guardian (not) so the big question Bud if he's being charged with the above offences then every Dinghy Diver who has crossed the English Channel in an inflatable boat needs to face the exact same charges plus additional charges under UK Immigration Law.

The current Attorney General and CPS need to consider very carefully what they're doing on this case.

They are indeed serious charges. Criminal damage with intent to endanger life carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

What's your problem with The Guardian when it is just telling of a news event? No commentary, just reporting what has actually happened. It's called "The News".

Watch the video the only person putting life in danger was the French NGO.

It's irrelevent whether he was able to "jump off" or not.

I set fire to a house but the occupant was stood in the doorway and could walk away, and someone had a hosepipe so there were only a few singe marks on the wallpaper. Therefore I am not guilty of arson.

That is the strength of your "logic".

So the French NGO knew beforehand that the boat was going to be stabbed?

I just wonder.....!!

It looked like he might have had a small, folding penknife........could that bring a lesser charge?

Maybe had some legal advice to that effect?

The intent and action is what generated the charge.

Guaranteed that there will be NO mitigating circumstances allowed in his case.

The moment I dscovered there was someone in the boat I knew he was ******.

The Guardian is quoting verbatim what the police have announced. The exact same charges and the exact same wording can be found in every UK media outlet with a report on this story.

I'm sure the CPS will be very careful to deal with him in exactly the manner befitting his conduct.

So when they quote a police announcement verbatim, that somehow invalidates what the police have said?
