I wonder what’s on Yobbo Tommo’s phone that he’s rather go to prison than comply with the law and handover his PIN?

So what is the ratio? How many beaters/abusers and how many ordinary decent folk?

My point exactly Chomper, glad we agree. Very important we know about these nonces they need exposing and isolating.

It’s these undocumented young men of fighting age who turn up in boats/in the backs of lorries which we know nothing about that are the real danger. It’s just sheer madness we let them roam the streets to be able to commit as much crime as they want and endanger our society/ way of life.

If there were no migrants on the dingy why did the french NGO jump on board it for what reason ?. For the one's on here stating maritime law, if someone boards a vessel unwarented is he classed as a Pirate. I'd also refuse to hand over my Pin to the police as sensitive information might be used against me such as my bank details im open to Fraud or A scammer if it is distributed to others.

Apparently he was trying to save the outboard engine. I can only assume to take it back to France for reuse.

Ok, do educate us then. What has anyone said about maritime law that has been incorrect? What do you know about it that no-one else does?

Wow, can’t believe some posters gave me a thumbs down for this, they seem to be happy with undocumented males who we know nothing about having full access to our streets.

I’m sure those famalies whose members have suffered rape, sexual assault and even murder would disagree.

If you want to follow me around like a bad smell, no problem

What does " Dream up " mean ?

Do you think the NGO was going to tie the outboard to his arse, in case he was struggling to get back to France ?

Unlucky

So if this French guy trying to steal the outboard moter, if so is he attemping to steal something that does not belong to him.

I am not a ludicrous conspiracy theorist and have the capacity to do my own research rather than being told what to think by criminal knuckle draggers.

He was going for the outboard motor. The VDO shows him starting to work on it at 0:52. I bet he got it later after Thompson left. They probably got the boat too - a couple of patches then good to go with another 50 illegals.

Yobbo Tommo is technically of ‘no fixed abode’.

He’s now held on remand.

Given his propensity for knife crime it might be wise to deny him bail at his arraignment.

Why do you keep harping on about Tommo's criminal past ? he did the crime and did his time.

Perhaps you might want to stop being an absolute prat, and accept that some people know what they are talking about

Do you know what these are ?

IMG_4213.jpeg

You think I might just know what I am talking about when it comes to Maritime Laws, rules and regulations ?

Off you pop.

Sounds like this french guy was on the lookout for any valubles left like a few mobiles so went for the outboard instead.

Clueless = Most, if not all, is incorrect.

But if you need it broken into little parts that you can understand

French Authorities should not be escorting vessels, that are overloaded, unfit to be at sea, and no appropriate licensing to operate in French waters.

The authorities should be arresting and detaining for reckless endangerment of life.

SOLAS V - Crossing International Shipping Lanes.

Not one of these dinghies are equipped to cross International Shipping Lanes.

The french Authorities should not be escorting these dinghies, in breach of an International Agreement and should be detaining them, and escorting them back to French Shores.

Cat photos.

There's nothing on his phone that's incriminating. He's just being an arse and taking the martyr route like his boss. Looks good on the GoFundMe.

I've tried explaining this but reaction from the smuggler fans is always absent. I assume that they think it's OK to allow lives to be sent into danger but also hound someone for doing the job that the French police should have done on their own beaches. Frauds and hypocrites all.

These Illegal Economic Migrants many of whom have been denied asylum in various European Countries which most have lived in for a substantial period of time are breaking UK Immigration Law Bud.

Do you have a solution or do you believe the cultural enrichment of British Women and Children should carry on unimpeded?

totally missed the point….

Also, I find it funny how the same people who always have to bring “culture” or “our culture is being destroyed” into the conversation are always the ones who will very obviously never change their culture just because there is immigrants in their country…

It’s a bs excuse that doesn’t hold any water whatsoever….

Genuine question, how much compo did Daniel Thomas pay his victim after threatening him with a machete?

Attempted kidnap is never a spent conviction. Is Thomas still involved in the drugs industry? Are there crimes Thomas committed which haven't been detected. Breaking into a bloke's house because you think he's got £10k of yours from a drugs deal suggests significant involvement in the drugs industry. As a former convict, and as a professed born again Christian, the onus is on Thomas to confess his past, and Thomas has never discussed the events that lead to his conviction in 2016. Who actually had his drug money? Did he get it back? Where did it come from? What does he know of foreign suppliers? How many people did he sell drugs to, and what were their ages? Did he sell to kids. Did he employ kids in a county lines scheme? Did he administer any other drug crime related beatings? Were any of he 5 kids able to access the significant quantities of drugs he presumably had stashed, unless business was so good, he never actually had much inventory. Did he launder drug dealing proceeds through his various businesses?

Arguably, Thomas was treated too lightly by the Law for a violent home invasion crime and got away with it, with only a sentence of 2 years, out in a year. Daniel Thomas still owes society, just like those rapists released on parole. Would you trust a rapist or a kiddie fiddler is "they have done their time"?

Of course, if you are not bothered about people selling drugs to kids, and what happens to criminals, none of his background need bother you, and you don't have to respond.

British society has already changed with rapid, mass immigration, especially since the mid 90's. The effects of this are seen by most native Britons as mainly negative; they see the largest immigrant group largely unwilling to assimilate and change themselves. Most Britons are happier not changing from their own culture and civilization, which has taken hundreds of years for their predecessors to achieve ....and they like it.

Over 720 arrived illegally yesterday PacovL46 over 700 in one day.
