Activist Danny Thomas films himself slashing immigrant dingy

From the ever sensationalist socilist Guardian:

KNIFE ATTACK ON DINGHY

In footage livestreamed to his followers, Thomas can be seen stabbing the inflatable several times as air escapes from the vessel.

A rescue worker wearing high-visibility clothing and a helmet was on the dinghy at the time. Not just hi viz gear, there was thermal gear and a personal floatation device. The worker approached the rubber inflatable after Thomas did and he was supported by his crewmates in their Fast Rescue Craft, very close nearby. Sea like a millpond.

The footage does not show what happened to the rescue worker after Thomas's boat moved away. Thomas did not attempt to slash the "worker", who was well equipped and escorted but seemed more worried about recovering the outboard motor than potential harm to himself. Nothing was shown later because there was nothing to see.

The incident has prompted condemnation from refugee charities and triggered a police investigation. Of course it did.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said officers were making inquiries into the boat-slashing incident. Of course they were.

Which bit is the sensational socialist bit?????.......seems like a straight forward account of what is in the video.

Good job .. the outcry from the right last night was that the coaches from Gosport had a police escort.

But you got to wonder what goes through their heads - From what I saw from Tommos garbled YouTube uploads, the boat couldn't land in Portsmouth, he got close enough in the rescue to disrupt the route, then after the boat put some distance between him, were heading to Gosport. I could be wrong, but basically he made himself a nuisance at sea, possibly endangering the rescue crew, then the idiots were amazed there was a massive police escort, what could possibly go wrong? a concrete post being launched from a bridge? Tommo and his crew should be proscribed. hes verging on KKK intimidation.

Yes, I imagine they were legal..............there are no legal routes which allow individuals to apply for asylum, if outside the UK........you have to be, in effect, chosen by an organisation UKRS, ARAP.......or "get yourself into the UK", hence the small boats.

You are assuming that the tens of thousands of young men who've arrived - and continue to arrive - in the UK by the small boat route are all genuine asylum seekers. Another common trope: conflating illegal migration with the seeking of asylum.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that, in the main, these new arrivals are not fleeing persecution. In the main, I suspect, also, their views on, say, homosexuality and women's rights are unlikely to be as liberal and tolerant as one might like.

These Invaders might have been at Sea for over 36 hours. Landed undetected by Border force just allowed to hit the beach then run off no one knows who they are or where they went.

This isn't the states ... its not the end game, lol.

The idea is to arrive, be picked up and claim asylum.

I’d have to back and check your posts on BREXIT to determine your views on migrants arriving by a ‘legal’ route.

Ah. Sophistry in action.

Plus the UK Government describes small boat arrivals as an "illegal entry route".

They may all want to claim asylum but the data show that many of them are assessed as undeserving.

Figures for asylum claims from small boat arrivals in the illegal entry routes ...

Since 2018, 95% of the people arriving on a small boat have claimed asylum. Of the 178,845 small boat arrivals claiming asylum since 2018, almost three-quarters (74% or 132,894) had received a substantive decision on their claim. Of these, 79,589 were granted asylum or some other protection status and 53,305 were refused.

For small boat arrivals who have received an initial decision on their asylum claim, outcomes vary by nationality and individual circumstance. Some nationalities have relatively high asylum grant rates (for example, 86% of Eritreans who arrived in 2025 via small boat were granted at initial decision), whereas others have much lower grant rates (for example, 34% for Afghans).

Yes mate - I have Velux windows - it's a sunny day here in England - a perfect 24 degreesso I'll be off to the pool later!

Anyway, have you stopped to consider if this guy Danny Thomas may be another government psyop
to paint people who likes border rules / enforcement as dangerous extremists?

We saw how the UK governments 'Nudge'/propaganda/PR/PsyOp Unit and their partners in the MSM were used to scare the <deleted> out of everyone over coldvid and WMDs - what's to say it isn't being used again here?

The real winners in a Yookay race-war scenario wouldn’t be any of the people actually deflating dinghies.

It would be the same soft-handed, over-credentialed, permanently alarmed class that already runs the place.

Chaos is their favourite growth industry.

Here's the menu of lovely new powers they’d quietly serve themselves:

Emergency powers and curfews become permanent “temporary” measures.

First it’s “just until things calm down,” then it’s “for public safety,”

then it’s just the new normal.

Entire postcodes locked down at 9pm because some committee decided the vibes were off.

You want to walk your dog after dark?

Better have the right paperwork and the right skin tone for that particular street, mate - that is IF you're still allowed dogs in that postcode.

Surveillance on steroids.

Facial recognition cameras on every corner that used to only watch the high street now watch your living-room window.

Phone location data handed over “voluntarily” under the new Public Order Continuity Act.

Every WhatsApp group flagged if more than three people complain about the same thing.

Privacy becomes a luxury product for people who already live behind gates.

Enforced zones.

“No-go” and “protected” areas drawn on maps by people who have never set foot in them.

Certain neighbourhoods officially designated “high-tension community management zones.”

You need a digital pass to enter, exit, or buy milk.

The same civil servants who spent years denying two-tier policing suddenly get to formalise it with nice colour-coded maps and funding streams.

Expanded enforcement apparatus.

More police with fewer constraints, more private security firms on government contracts, more “community liaison officers” who answer to the Home Office rather than the public.

The Met gets shiny new toys and the legal cover to use them.

Arrests for “online incitement” spike while actual street violence is managed with press conferences.

Narrative control upgrades.

The Online Safety Act gets emergency amendments so any footage that contradicts the official story can be throttled in real time.

Independent journalists and livestreamers find their bank accounts frozen “pending investigation.”

The BBC and the rest of the legacy outlets become even more explicitly state-adjacent information management organs.

In short, the establishment doesn’t fear a race war the way ordinary people do.

They fear losing control.

A messy, visible breakdown lets them tighten every remaining screw under the banner of “restoring order.”

More cameras, more permits, more zones, more curfews, less privacy, and a population too exhausted and divided to notice that the people writing the rules never have to live under them.

That’s the real prize for the managerial class: not victory in any tribal sense, just a bigger, thicker, more permanent cage with them holding the keys.

Classic British decline strategy - crisis into career advancement and call it competence.

The only people endangering rescue crews are boatloads of illegals leaving a perfectly safe country.

Not only are many simply chancing their arm, they are, in many respects, destroying the chances of genuine asylum seekers from reaching safety.

What Patriot? THE RNLI are way in the background, no other patriots in shot.

Do you have eyes? He was on the boat before Danny Thicko reached it, and well before he started slashing it. And there will be lots of other videos from different angles that the police will obtain.

He's going to be in serious trouble for this one. Better start begging for donations for his legal fund if he hasn't already.

Screenshot 2026-09-23 at 15.05.38.png

I doubt he will be in "serious trouble", because of the Public Interest aspect. He will be in trouble, of a technical nature, which he will try and spin as "serious trouble". Its not so much begging as grifting. Yaxley-Lennon used his legal fund donations to go on holiday. He grifted for donations, promising a ground shaking defence, promptly pleaded guilty, so no need for a brief, did his bird, probably pretty soft one at that. Tommo wants a bit of that action. He's done prison, found out the shower raping wasn't that bad, if it means he can get that M3 he's been after. People complain about the state of the UK. This is what it looks like, people committing criminal acts for the likes and clicks and £££s. He's a Public Schoolboy, probably was hopeless at his exams, so joined the army as a squaddie, medically discharged during training (if he had done decently at his GCSES and A-Levels, then the school cadet force would have encouraged him into Sandhurst). Then bricklayer, sales scumbag and "web designer" (which any muppet can do, if your customers are 70+ years old), before somehow becoming a bodyguard with a criminal record (so not actually a proper body guard with appropriate liability insurance).

But seeing as you don't trust your own eyes but prefer AI to watch it for you, here you go (and I include the question so you know if it was loaded or not):

Don't worry, the police will go through everything and I am sure will gather other video evidence and witnesses. So I can wait for that.

Do you think "well there was another boat nearby that could have picked him up so he wasn't in real danger" is going to be accepted as an excusing for slashing a boat up when there's someone on it in the open sea?

It's like if the patriots racist wife-beating boneheads setting fire to the asylum hotel responded by saying "we knew the fire brigae would be called so they were in no real danger" as "extenuating circumstances".

Why wait for more factual details. Seems to me your mind has already been made up. I think you're keeping your fingers crossed that the police will confirm the outcome you desire so perhaps you can come back here to gloat about being right.

I don't have my mind made up and I don't wish an outcome that makes me right. I just want the truth — whatever it happens to be. If Thomas did indeed seriously jeopardize someone's safety then he should pay the price. If the Frenchie was in no serious danger then this is overblown and Thomas shuld walk.

Now that's a completely different approach towards this incident than other folks who are pro-immigration and they're only interest is to railroad someone who is anti-immigration, truth be damned. Is that your approach to this? I dunno. I'm asking you.

That would go down well with the British Public charge a Patriot for attempting to stop a crime whilst at the same time letting a bunch of Dinghy Invaders off with braking UK Immigration Laws and funding organised crime.

I strongly suspect that's exactly the effect Patriot Platform want to achieve.
