Will They Kick Me Out

maybe its a stupid question, but its a forum here, right?

I am married to my Thaiwife since 7 years. I bought some land here and build a house, will they kick me out of Thailand just because I havent constantly 400k on my account here and no income of 60k a month??

I am 46 y.o. german citizen but havent been there since 8 years. a bit young to retire. I am currently here on a marriage VISA but with that up and downs in the Thai Baht I will not transfer more money as I need for living to my account here, so never more than about 100k on it.

My question is, will they kick me out of Thailand if I cant show 400k on my account here, even if my wife is Thai? we dont have children yet but will childs change something in government decisions anyway?

The new requirement includes the 40k family income option so you can use that if either/both of you make that amount of money even if you can not keep a 400k deposit in bank for three months. Failing that you would have to revert to using non immigrant O visa 90 day stays. Multi entry could likely be obtain in home country and in some other locations without financial means or in Penang with about 200k in bank account.

Anyway, hard enough to make with normal work (which farangs are not allowed to do) and my thaiwifes income of 12k a month a proper income of ONLY 40k a month.....want know how many thaifamilys got that

Easy to make it in Europe but a bit more difficult where WE live......and go back to my home country and spend 50k on a flight and some more for the staying ....NO THANKS, who needs germany, my home is here
