I trained with Jack Ozborne at Fairtex Muay Thai camp, many are starting to do Muay

Thai just as a weight loss exercise, Muay Thai with real champion trainers in Thailand

is so much fun, it is nothing like the USA where I am from, I personally lost 15 lbs. and

was Inspired to fight in Thailand at the age of 44. Plus Jack did many Colonics, it is a

very Healthy way to loose weight, some say it is the fastest and healthiest way to loose

weight and it worked for Jack!!

This week I personally needed to get healthy and to loose some weight so I ate at

Rasayana's Health Spa that has only weight loss food meals that actually taste great!!!!

PLUS I did (3) Colonics and my stomach totally lost inches and I feel great!!!!

He wouldn't be the first to go to Pattaya and have various treatments up the butt and leave feeling ecstatic!

I'm going to have your email address removed OP, sorry it's not allowed

Blimey! He lost a load of weight! Doesn't even look like the same guy

Im sure he lost all this weight a few years ago now, I saw an article in mens health magazine, he had 2 personal trainers and was getting into rock climbing and then he went to Thailand for a bit. Looks like hes kept it up. Id love to get into Muai Thai but i think at 25 with no martial arts trainning ever in my life i may struggle to adapt.
