I normally get my multiple entry non-immigrant B visa from KL or from Hull, but this time I fancy getting it from Singapore.

Is it as straightforward from Singapore? Any experiences or tips?

My paperwork should be spot on (limited company, 2 million baht reg capital, 35,000 monthly salary, work permit).

I've checked it's not a public holiday in either country.

Thanks

Never heard of anyone ever getting it based on having a company sponsor them for it and they have a work permit. . KL does it from time to time on a case by case basis. Penang is the place to go to now.

Thanks. You mean they just don't issue those type of visas in Singapore? I've had 3 multiple-non-B visas from KL on that basis in the past with no problems.

Edit: Penang sounds good but further/more expensive on the plane from Phuket than KL. So I would probably just do KL if Singapore is off.

Unless something has changed recently and I haven't noticed any reports to that effect, the Thai embassy in Singapore has never issued multi-entry non-immigrant 'B' visas. If an applicant wanted more than one entry, they needed to pay for each entry desired (i.e. same as how tourist visas are issued). Why Singapore has (had?) this seemingly unique policy regarding non-'B' visas, your guess is as good as anybody's...

I can confirm the above - I work for a very large MNC with a name very recognisable to most in Singapore with a position covering the region.

We have been told by our Visa agents that multiple entry non-Imm B are not issued by the Thai Embassy here to anyone.

Even VP's from large companies do not getvthem.
