Hi,

My TOT line was down this am from about 5 - 12 noon. The call center didn't respond though I got through to the wait loop once and waited for 10 minutes before giving up.

North Thailand, Mae Hong Son Province. I assume this was a pretty big outage, have never had the call center this busy.

Anyone know what happened? This was a weird outage because the DSL was up, DNS was working (!), but it didn't get through to any IP addresses.
