I simply know it because after traveling across Thailand last 14 years... I have seen increased presence of Chinese in hotels across the Thailand, increased signboards in thai markets with Chinese language and announcements in MRT, BTS, Airport etc... it's in Thai, english , followed by Chinese... so it's quite clear... -

Why on earth would you even consider paying tax in Thailand?
Do you mean UK or US should provide documentation in Arabic (several different languages according to countries), Hindi, french, Spanish and each language spoken all over the world ? One thing nobody speaks about and would be interesting.. Who plans to leave or has left due to this world income taxation planned for the coming years (tax on imported money is very low.. on world income will be very different)
