Good Luck on that event Alec. Hope all goes well and you get many wins!

Professional level... very impressive!

Is in an inside BKK Fight Club Secret, or can you share with us, what is the daily training schedule the BKK Fight club team are doing?

Training for Endurance.. long slow runs muay thai style or sprints? HIIT, Ross Boxing Intervals & his type of stuff?

Fight Training?

Diet?

Anything else?

As much detail as you can tell us without give out any in house trade secrets?

I take it most are holding down full time jobs?

Tough going training at high level when you trying to work, last time I fought in ring ever I was pushing 30 years old, owning an IT Recruitment company in Dublin struggling through aftermath of DOT COM>>I mean DOT BOMB 12 hour days 100 cold calls 99 said F off, trying to keep demoralized staff motivated. 12 hours a day in office. with 550am runs in dark with depressing cold damp raining Irish mornings, and dark damp cold freezing breath irish nights 3 months of nightly hard sparring in old falling apart catholic church hall with not heating. Character Building! ;-)

But not easy to keep up at all with very demanding job and company to run.

Catch ya next time I am up in BKK.

All KM centered down here in Pattaya now Carl is over is a day or so, if not already here, we doing 40 hour 5 day Krav Maga intensive self defense seminar tues coming 23 Oct - Sat 27 Oct in Pattaya. cannot wait to train, will be great fun!

Good luck with the team!

Cheers

Gerry
