My wife has been offered a S/hand mobile .The person selling it says it cost over 20,000 bht new,and it seems to have every feature ,so it probably did.Only problem I have not heard of the make " wellcome"

I've never seen a Wellcome for 20K baht, I think I remember that the fanciest version at the mall was about 14k. It had this dubious feeling of cheap chinese knock-off to it, but I have no idea how well these phones work.

First, the brand name is 'WellCom' not 'Wellcome' .... secondly., look the model up:

FWIW: In Chiang Mai, Central Khad Sun Gaeo, lower level the phone shops between KFC and Tops. Have also seen at other shops in the same mall, they can't be that hard to find.
