D-link Modem Does Not Want Me Any More

Changed from TOTs goldcyber to bestcyber, because of very poor performance, but cannot log in. I tried endless times.

User name and password are asked for again and again.

TOT technician said I should buy a new modem (D-Link DSL-500T), but I think mine is o.k. Maybe the password changed somehow?

What can I do?The D-Link webpage was no help...

You've to change the login from [tel.-no]@goldcyber to [tel.-no]@bestcyber and your tel.-no. is the password!

If the login is programmed in the modem you need to change it there!

I haven't heard about TOT's bestcyber.  I use TOT's goldcyber, can you shed a little light on the best cyber upgrade?

Reimar: I did exactly that, but instead of logging in, I was requested for username and password again and again and again...it comes with "401 Unauthorized. Authorization required for the URL '/'" in the back.

PattayaDavid:Bestcyper is a package from TOT with 1 Mbps/512 Kbps for 590.--THB/month. It is a downgrade. Here in the South you have to downgrade to get more speed, it seems...
