I'll try and get the number for Fairtex Kennels, as they have awesome dogos. We had one of their males stay with us a few months ago and he is absolutely gorgeous and his temperament was excellent.

I'm not sure about your experience with Dogos, but make sure you do your research on the lines available from the breeders in Thailand. They are not a good dog for the inexperienced or faint hearted :D

Here are a couple of pics of Fairtex Tequila and our Zoe De Angel o Demonio (italy import).

If you have any questions just ask :o

This woman on here Ms.Figure, I think, told me there aren't many dogos left in Thailand due to not many being imported. Please tell me this is not true or atleast not entirely! Is this Fairtex kennels the Same as muay Thai Fairtex?

Yes Fairtex Kennels is owned by the same man behind muay thai Fairtex. Unfortunately his awesome male Fairtex Tequila who was imported from the USA, as well as our female from Italy passed away last year.

If you do manage to find some Dogo's in Thailand, make sure to view the parents and check out their pedigrees. There is a big problem with inbreeding in Thailand, so make sure you do your research before buying your dogo. Also make sure that you meet the parents of any pup that you are interested in.

I'm not sure what your experience with dogs or the breed is but they are not for everyone.... If you have no experience with the Dogo or other Molosser breeds, I urge you to seriously think hard about it because they are definitely not for novice dog owners and require lots of attention, mental and physical stimulation. If you are set on owning one, my best suggestion is to contact the Kennel Club of Thailand to get a recent listing of Dogo Argentino registered & breeders in Thailand, and join a DOGO forum such as DACA for further research on the breed and lines. There are many things that you need to be aware of before buying your Dogo, but making sure that their health and temperament can be guaranteed by their breeder should be at the top of what you look for and get.

Good luck

PS - Maybe also try the Thai Dogo Argentino Club - 036-362111 : They are listed on the KCTH list of clubs, but I have no experience with them, so can't comment whether or not they can help.

Sorry to hear that, how old was she?  My male dogo is just coming up to 7 and he's still looking to be in good shape, although the 1 year old Cane Corso female tires him out when playing.

Hello everybody,

My partner and I have been living in Cambodia for the past 10 years. We have been thinking about geeting a EBT or a Dogo Argentino for a long time and we are now seriously thinking about making a decision.

Still, there is no hurry and we really want to think it through. We were thinking about making a first trip to Thailand for a dog show to have a look at different dogs, get proper documentation, make contacts etc... before coming back to get a baby. Could you recommend any dog show coming up in the next months in BKK ?

Thanks for all your answers !
