Any board members have any current experience with this condo located at the corner of Thappray and Jomtien beach Road. I am looking at a studio for purchase and was looking for some insight on the condo - noise level, management, facilities etc.

I had heard that there have been some concerns about the management of this Condo. However, I am not sure whether any concerns are valid.

I suggest that you ask the management office to supply accounts and minutes of recent Executive Committee meetings
