St. Marcellin 5.. Chaource 6.. Mont D'Or 7.. Picodon 8.. Gres des Vosge 9.. Brillat Savarin 10.. Camembert au Calvados 11.. Buerre de Barratte - tradionally churned butter 12.. Traditional Yoghurt Some more will come and selections from more countries. I have invited one board member here for a cheese tasting this Thursday in Phuket at a very lovely place.
