I have that Pneumonia feeling again
If the intent is to create an antibiotic resistant infection, then you are going about it the right way. Pneumonia can be caused by a virus, or bacteria or a fungus. One should make an effort to determine the cause of the infection first before popping pills . If you have been on an alpha blocker as you have and stop the medication, be prepared for your BPH symptoms to worsen. There was a reason why you were on the drug. An alpha blocker may cause mild nasal congestion, but not pneumonia. You have a golden window in which to treat a lung infection before it impacts your kidneys and heart. If you do not clear the fluid from your lungs it will result in strain on your heart with a cascading effect. Don't tough it out. Go to the hospital, and obtain treatment. There is a possibility that you never cleared the first infection and it has returned. The only way to know is to visit the health facility and have the appropriate tests. If you are concerned enough to write, then you should be concerned enough to go to the hospital. It is unfortunate that your wife is busy, however, I am sure she would rather the inconvenience of you in hospital than that of a funeral. -

New Very Disturbing Video Released of 5 Female Hostages being abducted by Hamas on Oct 7th
When a member of the Knesset publicly claims it's legitimate to shove broom handles up the bottoms of Palestinian prisoners, it isn’t just vile - it’s a grotesque display of dehumanisation. In any civilised country, such a statement would trigger immediate outrage, investigation, and likely resignation or removal from office. No democratic society that claims to respect human rights would tolerate a government official endorsing torture or sexual violence. Yet in Israel, this kind of rhetoric isn’t just shrugged off - it’s often met with silence or tacit approval. This isn’t an isolated outburst - it’s part of a wider culture of impunity. Israeli government ministers and IDF officers routinely make statements or carry out actions that would land politicians and soldiers in court anywhere else in the world. But here, accountability is absent. There are no meaningful consequences - no investigations, no charges, no international sanctions. The machinery of power keeps moving - untouched by shame or justice. Imagine if a British MP, an American senator, or a German cabinet minister publicly endorsed sexual violence against prisoners. The political and media fallout would be immediate and explosive - resignations, inquiries, front-page headlines. But when it involves Palestinians, the rules seem to change. Their suffering becomes acceptable - their dignity dispensable. This isn’t just a political failure - it’s a moral one. A society that tolerates this level of hatred and violence from its leaders is on a dangerous path. And a world that turns away from it is complicit. -
