What Documents Are Needed For Condo Registration?

Hi,

I will register a newly built condo soon and just want to make sure I have all the necessary documentation at hand. I have the following:

1. A credit note from my bank for transfer of less than 20,000 dollars that was used to pay for monthly installments

2. Foreign Exchange Transfer Form for the remaining amount.

3. Copy of all my passport pages.

Do I need anything else?

You will also need a letter from the condo management to state that you are under the 49% ownership law for foreigners.

Also names and birth dates of your parents (whether alive or deceased)

Im not sure but isnt a foreighner allowed full ownership on a condo??

Foreigners are allowed full ownership of a condo, but only up to 49% of the total area of the building
