Located north of the 3rd and North junction, is this little oasis. I only lived there a month but it was so quiet with a beautiful north shore breeze. Rent for 1 month was 7000 payable in advance. 60 rooms with only 10 occupants. Felt like a ghost town. Cannot locate contact information but just a few meters from the junction.

7000 a month? Thats like 230 a night or less than 5 Euro.... not bad!!
